Great for sales teams small or large
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Its intuitive design helps teammates use the tool fully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Payment tiers escalate quite quickly. That being said the quality of the tool makes it worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An all-in-one tool for CRM, sales, and marketing. So much less falls through the cracks as Hubspot works great for organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and learning curve wasn't very steep at all. Layout is pretty straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you get error saying it's down, etc... This happens from time to time which if you're in the middle of something you'll need to wait it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform instead of using different ones. Benefits is it's all there.

HubSpot CRM is a very powerful tool that can help you automate your entire business in few clicks and with great UI.
Easy to use, but you have to be mindful of your data quality and processes.

The correct HubSpot setup requires strategic planning and understanding of both the sales and marketing ends of your business. They can work in lockstep and help you gain valuable insights, but then this requires a solid effort to create synergy and joint objectives between these two teams.

it makes work insanely easy. Its user friendly and great to use once gotten the hang of it.

nothing really, even though it's a fairly new tool, I haven't encountered any problems thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
connecting with clients at ease, the data caption on it is accurate. The ability to merge companies and everything else to my personal apps has been the most convenient experience I've ever have come across. Not only does it makes workflow easy, but it has also now become my personal calendar.

HubSpot is an excellent online tool, but it also has many cons that a user never likes.

When I set up a reminder of a lead I need to contact, it will definitely pop up on the day and remind me until I contact it.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it sometimes mixes up my contact number then I end contacting the wrong person from the wrong lead.

You can add more templates on a sequence you create for a lead

Call centers that work in sales would love Hubspot and if they work in administration.
