One of the best cloud based CRM software
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Hubspot is that it aligns the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities and makes all these different activities transparent for the various departments involved. It helps the customers and us to have a seamless journey and no information breakdown during the processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I do not like about Hubspot so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping my team and me with Outbound call tracking, analytics on our sales activities, sales engagement, visitor identification, and conversation intelligence. The tool also helps us with online appointment scheduling as we do most of our outbound calling activities; we also set those meetings online using Hubspot. In general, we use Hubspot for all our Customer Relationship Management activities and processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like in this is automation or we can say different types of automation we can write by using various activities and properties of different objects.
And you can use quotes and keep track out of it.

I was expecting we could use more quote properties more flexibly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my client's I had used Quote feature for them, which replaced their manual quote process and is now even trackable.
Easy to use and optimize
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up sequences and managing leads is incredibly easy with HubSpot. By looking at the results of each sequence, it's easy to optimize and improve results. Our website is also integrated with HubSpot, which makes it very informational when finding out what kinds of content a lead is interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
A wish there was an option to change the server emails are being sent from. That way, there won't be a limit to how many can go out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides being incredibly easy to build sequences and optimize, it's been a very useful tool to communicate across departments. Our Sales and Marketing communication has improved and we can now easier work together to improve results.

What do you like best about the product?
EVERYTHING but the way everything is connected, how easy i can create quotes, send an email, follow up my sales process, track conversations and make all my tasks done.

What do you dislike about the product?
As an independent consultant, having all the power of Hubspot Sales is way over my budget. However, I'm way too happy with what I can use with my current account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many many many problems solved.
1. Time management. I can make almost all my daily operation inside Hubspot.
2. Less Apps. Before i had a tool for quotes but these quotes were auful. With Hubspot i can creat stilish quotes and i can ALSO track when people open it.
3. I used another app for meeting request. That also i can do it inside Hubspot Sales.
4. Before i had to set meetings on Calendar and then go to Zoom and set it there too. Now i can create the meeting and automatcly it get send to the client and set on Zoom or Meet. Way less steps.
5. I do have ADHD, so tracking of my tasks is a pain. Tasks system of Hubspot Sales Hub is lovely. It helps me to keep the focus and also save me steps auto checking a task when it gets complete. I LOVE IT!
6. Wit fragments and templates i save time writing mails for sending a quote or details of my services.
7. Conversations help to manage comunications inside the same Hubspot.

Comprehensive platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubsSpot is a perfect platform for all types of organizations, integrating CRM, Sales, Marketing, and CMS, and it integrates with more than 5,000 external APIs, or any particular development. It is a perfect all-in-one, with great potential, constantly updated with new and better features, and it is very easy to use. It has excellent technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Hubspot, the only thing I would improve is that conversations like the chatbot case can be extracted as a file.

Easy tracking of potential clients and clients, assigning tasks and activities to the sales teams
Highly responsive team with a phenomenal product
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is remarkably easy to onboard users onto, yet it's highly functional. There's a lot of good content available to teach users how to manage the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hubspot took user feedback more quickly - there are many community forums discussing issues of (seemingly) easy fixes, but they haven't been able to address those changes just yet.

Client management. The primary benefit we're getting out of Hubspot is the ability to automate our sales - it's great for sending sequences and automated check-ins with engaged prospects/leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely an investment to get everything set up. There is a switching cost to joining, but once you're in, you're well situated for the future.

The user interface is incredibly straightforward. I like that hubspot accompanies the entire sales cycle so you dont have to do a lot of additional implementations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequencing tool is a bit limited. The limit is based on the number of emails you can sequence and your ability to ab test them inside the same campaign.

We are moving customers through the sales cycle, reporting and coaching. Its a highly intuituive tool and great for beginners.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has literally everything your organization needs to function and operate like a million-dollar business! From robust reporting on every aspect of your business to seamless pipeline management, Hubspot can do it all. On top of it, add automated workflows and your business can run itself (not actually, but pretty close!).
The cherry on top is that everything - and I mean everything - integrates with Hubspot, so you never have to leave. Send emails from within the CRM or make recorded calls. Everything can be done inside of the machine.

What do you dislike about the product?
I love Hubspot, but the one thing I wish was different is that you need to bundle other plans to get access to some fantastic features. For example, you would need the Marketing Hub Professional plan to access the SEO tool.

We can keep track of all of our clients, inbound leads, and reports inside of Hubspot. One of my favorite benefits
