We are solving a lot of problems with organizations with the company. I have realized the added benefits of the tracking system attached. Being able to see all the data between communications with each deal.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub has helped us in many ways, but one of its most helpful tools is dashboard customization which provides easy visualization of potential clients, deals closed, and sales revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it is a user-friendly platform, but it does require some knowledge to get going. It might take some time for a new user to be able to manipulate and take advantage of its features.

Hubspot Sales Hub has helped us shorten our sales cycle with prospects, creating task flows, and automated email sequences to follow up proposals.

Don't be afraid of diving into all of the features that HubSpot Sales Hub has to offer. It is a comprehensive tool that will help you build a complete sales funnel, but it requires some training to function as a custom-made tool for your business.

What do you like best about the product?
We can add all the details of different companies together, no copying of data and easy to handle. Also, we can email through Hubspot which means we do not need to open email separately to communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything to dislike about this tool but yes sometimes it happens that the contact is not added even after adding all the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in putting all the informations related to contact persons and vendors which reduces time. As we have all the information in one single tool, the time can be saved.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot sales hub is quite an impressive tool for all your sales needs. The UI and the information it shows are simple and to the point without cluttering your space or displaying unnecessary data. Do you want to see your clients list for a particular business? Do you want to keep track of all your client emails? Do you want to filter your deal card per region for upcoming orders? Whatever it is your need, HubSpot makes it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one thing I dislike, it's that there are sometimes orange alerts at the top which do not go away after clicking the X button, and they would pop up again if when you refresh the page. Although this does not happen too often, but it can get a little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem it's solving is having all the necessary client lists and dashboards consolidated under a single easy to use interface. When dealing with multiple orders and people either through email or phone, the ability to track and note down information on all interactions and keep a history of those contacts is a great benefit to have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's always best to compare all the available sales platforms to find the one that suits your need, but if you've heard good things about HubSpot, let me tell you that they are all true and more. I highly recommend this platform.

Very intuitive interface with advanced features as needed. Excellent support.

I wish more advanced features came with the base solution.

Contact support, sales pipeline, and follow-up all in one place. Excellent templates as well.

SalesHub helps you to save a lot of time while gaining valuable customer insights

An extra integration for gmail on phone would be gamechanging so all can be done from one app as it is for the desktop version! Besides that, nothing I would change.

Scheduling meetings with clients can be a hassle, easily share a link to your calendar and it's done.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always start from your needs. Might be more efficient when using G Suite rather than Outlook but just try it out. I would always give it a chance, but only when you are 100% committed to testing it deeply.
