Great software!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature in Helpscout is the ability to assign multiple contacts to myself at once. It makes my job much easier when trying to get many tasks done at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say, the fact that I have to save each change I make within the contact profile, an autosave would be convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves the issue of using multiple software at once. It is beneficial to me as a business owner and employee to not have to toggle between multiple platforms to get the job done.
Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
It makes you feel like you have tasks when you get to work because if you use it correctly, you will never run out of things to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could see the "create a follow up" button from everywhere. Right now, I can only see it when looking at my tasks in a group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hubspot, I used to get to work and wonder what I was going to work on. Now, my tasks are all lined out.

What do you like best about the product?
The timeline. It's very easy to go back in time and review conversations, calls, and emails to make sure communications are relevant and timely. It's well organized and presents the user wit ha very familiar "Facebook-like" experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it creates a contact from all your email communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create more touches with leads and qualify or disqualify them quicker.
One and Only Tool to Streamline Sales & Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
We love workflows and automation. We created more than 10 workflows to automate specific actions. Also, Hubspot really helps us on tracking lead activities on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features that could be improved. For example, we cannot schedule or log meetings on someone else's behalf. We cannot enroll contacts to email sequences via workflows. Also, pricing could be more reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a great experience in lead generation automation with Hubspot. We streamlined the automation in a few easy steps. We track outbound emails and calls. We created different scenarios for different customer segments thanks to Hubspot.
It is very simple and allows me to prospect way quicker than before.

The organization is very simple and intuitive.

Nothing. Everything works great. Sometimes it can be a little slow, but for the most part works great.

It is easy to create lists and organize everyone I'm targeting.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is super intuitive, easy to learn, adaptable, and comprehensive. They have plenty of self-help guides, written and video, to guide you when and if you get stuck. The automations enable me to do much more than I normally could.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot calling seems to have intermittent issues. When you reach out to the Support team, it is hit or miss whether they understand what you're looking for and can help you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation in outreach and follow-ups, as applicable. I live in the task manager. The dashboards and graphs are helpful as well.

There's practically nothing I don't like, some things that can be added, but so far, I like everything.

I can finally and easily reach all my leads and take advantage of adjusting my approaches to each customer based on their reaction.

Hubspot has been so easy to navigate. It gives you so many great tools to track web traffic, do campaings, create funnels. Way too many things to list!

So far have not had any complaints. I love that customer service is so ready and willing to help you do anything you need to utilize the software better.

We are creating Funnels and Lifestyle stages. It has helped us keeps consumers engaged!

There are so many things you can do in Hubspot. I recommend talking with support to learn how to do different things to take your business to the next level!
