What do you like best about the product?
Sales templates for pre-written emails that can easily be customized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personalizing the CRM view a bit more would be helpful but overall big fan of all of it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems just yet! Benefits include so many great tools to personalize the experience and interactions with others.

Amazing Hubspot and Very Usable with paperless reports

What do you like best about the product?
Saving contacts and details of clients, also have notes features
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I dint have any complaints about the hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Somethimes I have a problems to myself that I am not taking notes, but with hubspot its a paperless, anytimeand anywhere I can check always.

What do you like best about the product?
It has saved me so much time with my outreach to clients. With tools such as "sequences," I can send scheduled emails to prospective clients, and it saves me the faff of having to ensure I'm getting back to clients manually. There is also the added function of uploading documents and tracking whether they have been seen and for how long, which is useful when following up with clients. It also excels as a database to keep track of all client comms. All in all, I think the best way to describe the platform is "Simple, Efficient & Effective".
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I'm very satisfied with the platform. Perhaps an area of improvement would be the ability to customize certain functions within the platform, e.g., bulk-enrolling contacts into a sequence & also integrations with other platforms such as LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates the need to spend time on admin and there is an efficiently laid out sales pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Honestly, if you're looking for something that would save you time with your sales outreach- Hubspot is the solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I can adapt to my needs & it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While most parts of HubSpot can be adapted to fit your requirements, there are a few settings I would like to be able to change. EG, I would like to be able to personalise the date settings for reminders. However, HubSpot is constantly evolving & takes feedback, so I'm sure this will change in the future. All of my previous un-met needs were resolved by HubSpot's lovely support staff
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running contacts through a sequence rather than manually emailing a template has saved our company so much time! I also love the task setting & how easy it is to visualise my workload at the start of each day. Even being able to pin notes to the top of an account is a lifesaver, meaning important information is easy to scan when looking at an account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best CRM I've used since I started working in sales! Great for a growing company as your HubSpot account will grow with you.

The inability to do repeat tasks easily without having to manually add them to each contact.

What do you like best about the product?
In my case, sequences are the most helpful tool I have. It helps get my work done faster, in a constructive and automized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone hasn't explored much, you will encounter emails not being sent because there's a low engagement relationship with a client. I would love to have that easily shown, so I don't experience any losses in between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation on work making it easier, faster, and more effective than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things that Hubspot is providing to make it possible to have different lifecycle stages that you can divide your work into different categories. Also you can create hundreds of unique templates for each customer group to make your work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope you guys have an automation system to create an emailing loop with our selected customers. I can't say dislike but I find it kind of hard on the settings page and adding new templates to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can add multiple email templates to the system, and help us to categorize our customers, so it will be so easy to track our customer's processes. Also you can assign different team members for different sales projects making them deal owners and still be able to track their work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really appreciate all the work you guys do, even I am receiving an email from Hubspot team to help us to use all the tools that they are providing, thank you so much.
Only problem I am facing is that sometimes the system is slow and lagging

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly, and I love the customer support. I like that I can see my email history and leave notes as reminders; I love all the features and the ability to track my deal stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I do not like about the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have the transparency and communication with al your team members especially working remotely

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way hubspot gives opportunities to automize the processes with email sequences and workflows. At my company, I'm the only person who is responsible of inbound sales. As the number of our inbound requests increase, thanks to hubspot im able to take care of all the dealds automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is just a bit complicated how hubspot can be helpful to your organization. It took for a while to understand to use it the most efficent way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Directly enrolling the requests into an email sequence, help me to gain time meanwhile do a professional, on time follow ups with my leads
- Workflows helped me to decrease manual and operational tasks, ex. when i recevive an inbound requests, the contact is automatically created in the hubspot and added in the sales pipeline
- Seeing the open rate of emails help me to understand what kind of emails function better
