Hubspot is the Alternative to High-price CRMs like SalesForce without Sacrificing Service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use integration - works seamlessly with our corporate Gmail account. Find the posting of notes and importing of PDFs to client lists are very user-friendly to keep everything in one place. Also find the logging of calls to be super easy with the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit cumbersome trying to manage the marking contacts, would be great if they could have a way to not wait until the end of the month to remove older marketing contacts from non-marketing ones. Having sub-folders in the file storage area would make this a strong competitor to Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to track potential sales and closed dealflow is the number one reason I went with Hubspot. Having all the correspondence (phone records, emails, and documented) automatically linked is better than other CRMs I have tried in the past. The marketing hub is very powerful as well, nice to have it all in one place, not having to use separate email, Mailchimp, tasks lists, etc has been extremely beneficial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Tried many others (SalesForce, Copper, Insightly, etc), settled on Hubspot because it was the best value for the money.
I recommend HubSpot sales to all of my clients
What do you like best about the product?
It might sound basic but the thing I love the most about HubSpot sales is that It drives increased efficiency and greater sales which means more revenue and more time without being cumbersome, obnoxious or expensive. That's the reason I recommend it to every one of my clients: it's a sales tool, so it should work to drive sales, which Hubspot Sales Hub does.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've tried dozens and dozens of CRMs and I keep going back to HubSpot Sales Hub because it's better. Their free CRM is equal too, and in many cases better than, many of the paid tool I've tried Ellsworth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you work for sales people--or you are a sales person--you know inputting notes from sales calls is about their least favorite thing to do. HubSpot sales Hub makes it intuitive and quick to enter your data leaving you to continue to make more revenue and more sales calls.
HubSpot crossed with Outreach with a hint of Marketo
What do you like best about the product?
Single place to accomplish most of my GTM activities. Once I got the learning curve behind me I can't believe I'd been using SFDC for so long.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned, there's a learning curve coming from other platforms. Reporting could be better, and some basic things are hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can load sequences for prospects, manage forecasts, and get marketing data all from one place. Setting up roles and setting goals are pretty easy as well. As a sales leader, it's pretty easy to manage my team's pipeline and recently they added a video recording feature that replaces Gong. The biggest benefit to us is ease of use, but also the price is a fraction of the cost of buying a bunch of tools separately.
Top of the line CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very easy to use and they also offer courses to help us out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It crashes randomly and sometimes creates dupe leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite their system issues, their customer service is excellent and they offer help links.
HubSpot Strikes Again...But Only in the Best Way!
What do you like best about the product?
So far, I've only really used Deals, Tasks, Documents, and Meetings tools. Well, those plus Templates and light use of Snippets. And honestly, each of these is rather valuable!
One thing I appreciate is, within the Deal pipeline view, deals that grow inactive are greyed-out. This is an incredibly helpful visual when there is an overwhelming amount of information available on this individual page!
And Templates--I can't help but sing praises of the Templates Tool! So much of our communications are repeated from person to person. This saves us so much time. Not to mention, it is handy when considering the individual voice of each of my teammates. We are able to adjust the wording and create new Templates for new Sequences for each individual teammember. Now, I wish it were possible to bulk-assign a Template from within the Contacts view. That would just be the icicng on the cake!

What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps it is just the way my team and I use Templates, but the Snippets tool almost seems to be a bit obsolete. It is fantastic for reminders and whatnot when Delighting (see HubSpot Academy for a solid definition of this term) current customers, but less so for trying to attract the attention of leads. Templates and Sequences are far more handy here.
I also wish there were more options for sorting Tasks within each view, but it is still a helpful tool. Well, helpful if you are caught up on Tasks and aren't overwhelmed by the number of overdue tasks in red...
Occasionally, email communications are not successfully tracked from within HubSpot, so it certainly makes it more difficult to track communications accurately.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, my team and I use HubSpot Sales Hub to stay on top of communications with customers and attract more leads to engage with us. With that in mind, we needed a tool that would be flexible and efficient. HubSpot certainly fits the bill! We're constantly troubleshooting with said customers, so it is useful seeing a history of communications to if other customers have faced similar issues.
HubSpot Sales is a great all round tool 10/10
What do you like best about the product?
All the deal features such as forecasting, reporting, goals which combined really help to keep sales on track. The tool is really easy and simple to use and how the information is displayed on all the records makes it really easily to understand the stage of the deal and where the customer is in their lifecycle. This is a relatively new feature but one that is really great for you - you can now associate more than one record to another - for example we can now associate both the end customer and partner company records to one deal. We can then use this information for workflows and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found anything I dislike yet. HubSpot are always improving and bringing out new features which only improves the experience even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the reporting capabilities are amazing and really helpful to show the progress of each prospect/ customer and it is really easy for sales to see where they are overachieving and where they need to improve. For management, it is great that they can log into one tool and not only see the sales that are being made but also the productivity of their staff such as number of calls and emails per rep.
Dropped Salesforce for Hubspot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub fits so well with our entire tech stack and streamlines our sales process. I've used Saleforce my entire professional career, so naturally, I was hesitant to switch. But after meeting with our VP of Marketing, she showed me the differences between the platforms and it was clear we needed to switch. What jumped out the most was how easy it was for our sales team to do everything out of the Hubspot portal. From tracking opened emails to getting transcripts and call recordings, to sending quotes and contracts, everything is done from a single window and extremely user-friendly. Then to see how well it aligned with our outbound marketing efforts, it gets everyone working in the same direction. The icing on the cake was how well it worked for our Client Success and Support teams. Having our entire company working out of Hubspot has eliminated so many extra steps and most of all eliminated so many spreadsheets managed outside of our portal. Even the support we get from the Hubspot team is amazing and almost feels like they're part of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?

HubSpot #1 CRM for Growing Teams!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot's sales tool looks like and functions like their other hubs. The ability to have different views and dependencies base on departments is amazing. For instance, our CSMs have an area that our API automatically puts in risk factors for customers so they can do easy touch bases based on that. Our Account Managers have a section just for them based on various upsells that could work. This helps cross-team communication as well as helps our marketing team strategize for new campaign ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have anything I dislike in the Sales Hub. If I had to pick one, I would say if there was a way to automatically create renewal deals without creating a workflow for, it that would be cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping to solve so many problems! Especially problems like... inaccurate data, reporting, or hard-to-find activities.. everything is in one easy view.

HUBSPOT
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Hubspot is you can save all of your data, and you can use that data again when you need it. Most of our departments use this software to make our work easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading leads is the most time-consuming task in Hubspot; imagine. If you have generated leads to grow your business, and it is around 100 to 200 so to upload this many leads, you would require probably 2 hours
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool for the staffing and recruiting industry. You can use leads whenever you need
