Truly an enterprise grade platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the platform it gives me as a director to orchestrate our sales motions without hindrance. Whether it be segmentation or calling, hubspot sales hub is our go to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the thing that is most underutilized by my team is reporting functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from organizing pipeline, segmenting prospects and customers and running outreach.

Ease of use and the ability to train my clients on the features.

Ability for reps to see related info about associated companies from the deal record

Sales Workspace Streamlines Sales Team Processes
What do you like best about the product?
All info is in one place on Sales Workspace so you don’t need navigate to other dashboards. Also love the email tool extension for outlook, it makes tracking comms so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please make the sales workspace record customisable with the CRM cards and extensions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility with new clients being onboarded and pipeline movement for project forecasting.

The amount of feature releases - it’s hard to keep up sometimes!

Sales hub has allowed our local sales teams to send email campaigns and reach our customers easily

Sales sequences, meeting links, sales workspace and prospecting agents,

Not much. The sales workspace could be improved to be more user friendly

It has made our deal tracking and financial forecasting so much easier! A real game changer. HubSpot is easy to use but can expand into the tool even complex organizations need

Easy to learn for the sales team. The data flows into dashboards easily!
