Super Amazing Platform!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the sequences are helpful enough to speak to potential customers and that, overall there are different ways to update deals, contacts, and notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we cannot populate easily a list of contacts by just entering their names on the search bar in the contacts section. Maybe new filters can be added to include both first and last name rather than just first name or last name filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Sales Hub is solving is the ability to communicate quicker and know who is interacting with us the most.

It is a game changer for un organized SDR's

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Tasks and templates the best to increase my calls and emails. We are learning to use sequences which I am excited to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when it stops work or is down due to bugs but that is very rare. Would not let me upload screenshot of me using hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me stay organized and on track with all the tracking and data that is available.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the Email templates. Also, the being able to see when clients look at emails. Fact that I can call from the application as well as tracking my activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike. The app has provided me with a lot of value, thought it sometimes takes longer than expected time to load customers information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency for businesses and better communications with their clients. It has helped me increase sales and stay organized. It has also helped me keep track of my targets

Hubspot is great! Its very easy to use and helps me keep track of all my incoming leads/deals.

I wish I could paste images on templates!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows you to build custom templates, sequences, and reports to learn what works best. Their support is generally very helpful and they integrate with a number of other sales tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to let the data get a little out of control (duplicate companies for example) and difficult to clean it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot keeps everything in order so that our outreach is organized

Magnificent! 10 start CRM

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub helped me build a strong pipeline and is now helping our business a lot as we're able to turn those leads into customers. I really love the feature where the app reminds me with my appointments for the day, it helps me organize my day ahead of time. Kudos and well-done, team! I highly recommend HubSpot Sales Hub for businesses out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
All good. All features are really helpful. I'm just looking forward to more exciting features in the future. It just freeze sometimes tho, I think that only happens when you guys have a system update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I used to miss some of my appointments, but now with HubSpot Sales Hub, it already has a setted reminder and there's an option for you to set how frequent you want to get notified.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other CRMs, the Hubspot UX/UI is great and easy to navigate around in. I also like how it easily integrates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fathom, Docusign, and other widgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the sales engagement analytics were more robust for the email sequences. Also wish there was a better way to do A/B testing for different email sequences. It would also be nice to get notifications on a hot lead for Activities, i.e. if someone opened an email X amount of times. Although I do like the new feature where you can sort your Task Lists out into different categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping me organize our customers, prospects/leads, etc., and making it really easy to follow up them. Without this, our contacts would be all over the place. Hubspot makes this super easy.

The best entry-level CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitiveness of sequences. Easy to use. Creates tasks automatically to ensure you're on top of your game for reaching out to leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX is clunky and dated. Definitely think an overhaul of it all would be good. Major downside compared to other CRMs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my tasks for each qualified lead. Ensuring that I'm on top of my game for reaching out to MQLs. Definitely made me more productive in my workflow.

HubSpot: Easy & Organized

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the aspects of Hubspot that I've used so far. Using the Deals section to keep track of Sales is easy when I can assign tasks for myself not to forget. Using the Templates section is my favorite part, as I can customize and personalize my email templates to keep my emails nice and organized for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've noticed is not being able to set up client payments to accept multiple deposits/payments over time. I can only take one payment from a client and manually set up the next payment. But this is easily overlooked, so I'm satisfied with my experience overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't noticed any specific problems that have been solved, as I'm still relatively new to the software this year. But I haven't experienced anything that urgently needed solving.
