What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly the HubSpot Sales Hub application can be. In the company, it is very easy to contact people who need information. You can obtain the necessary information and follow up if needed. It is also useful for filtering and prioritizing.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, I think everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us name our customers and prospects, obtain information more quickly, consolidate data in one place, see priorities, and do necessary follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Love out HubSpot Sales integrates with HubSpot Marketing, Commerce, and Services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way our sales team uses it. There is so much capability in the system and we've not used it to the best of our abilities.

Tracking out communications and activities with potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a nice addition to HubSpot. It’s easy to design with and easy to use, and it has a lot of integrations. It also includes AI for email and data summarization. Support is very good and responds quickly when you need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to get slow when I have too many tabs open. Also, it’s quite expensive to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a place where you can keep all your leads and deals together in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see a lot. It's very lightweight; it's simple and captures all intention. Sequencing is beautiful; notifications are beautiful as well. You get a lot of real-time information and the UI is easy to use. Customer support is amazing as well

Customer support is exceptional as well. I recently had a session with Maria Rodriguez on the CS team who walked me through a more complex workflow, stayed beyond what was needed, and made sure I could execute independently. That kind of support is rare and it reflects well on the whole product experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little bit confusing on the middle bar around task type and whatnot in the CRM. It's a little bit confusing to learn at first but I got a hang of it and Customer Support is amazing. The UI around the top of the table view is a little bit messy or not messy but sometimes a little bit hard to navigate. The good thing is that Customer Support is really good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem with solving is that I need a CRM in the first place, a lightweight one that works fast and has benefited me so I can get to deals faster. It has a lot of built-in features that you think you wouldn't like but are amazing, like the dynamic sequencing, which is amazing

Intuitive platform, easy to implement, and with excellent support

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive platform and the help or support you receive from the brand is good and useful. It is easy to use and implement in all aspects. I used it for at least 2 years in my previous job, 5 days a week, and I never had any problems. It has many tools to be implemented. When starting with the platform, it was very easy to learn and integrate into my work system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I have no comment on that. Since it didn't give me any problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to improve the sales flow to see where the agent is stuck or in which part of the sale each lead is.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is, by far, the best CRM I’ve ever used. It’s extremely robust, with a huge range of features for reporting, dashboards, sales tools, automation, workflows, marketing, and lead management—you name it. Hubspot really feels like a one-stop shop, and it’s an enterprise CRM that any company should consider. On top of all that, I love how user-friendly and easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Hubspot is around current sequencing functionality, it is difficult to edit or change a sequence once created and somewhat clunky to add larger volumes of contacts or have t step edited while a sequence is active, without having to start over or rebuild a new one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a critical need for our business. We needed a way to manage inbound leads, track sales pipelines, coordinate marketing outreach, and maintain a reliable system of record for all contacts and conversations. We also needed a place to compile meeting notes and, overall, manage the customer journey end to end. Hubspot does all of this and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is very user-friendly, especially with its UI being more approachable compared to other CRMs. It only takes a couple of days to feel comfortable with the platform because of its intuitive design. The features like Sequences, Pipeline View, and Dashboards are really good and stand out in making our work more efficient. I appreciate how it streamlines communication, allowing us to track emails, automate follow-ups, and make sure no lead is missed. The reporting and dashboard features make it easy to understand our performance, identify bottlenecks, and make informed decisions. I also find the integration capabilities with tools like ZoomInfo and B2Brain very helpful, as it makes communication and prospecting much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub does have a few limitations in terms of customization, especially when it comes to linking between different objects like Companies, Deals, and Contacts. I wish there was an option to interlink properties across these sections. For example, if a contact has a particular custom property, I'd like it to be viewable in the company sections as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub centralizes our sales pipeline management, enhancing visibility and collaboration. It streamlines communication with email tracking and automation, and the dashboard features aid in data-driven decisions, significantly boosting our sales efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the intuitive dashboard of HubSpot Sales Hub and the supporting education resources. I find it easy to use, and it gives us insight into our audience, offering personalization in content creation and more insight than you would see in GA4.
What do you dislike about the product?
Invoicing seems hokey and not aligned with payments that happen offline.
