What do you like best about the product?
Quote generation is straightforward, quick, and painless.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the variety of filters there is acess to. I am able to quickly filter through contact and find the ones that are the best fit with great ease. It has improved my process greatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the options and interface does seem a little overwhelming. There is a lot going on and it does make it so that organization is a little difficult, but that could also be from my lack of training with the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me filter through my contacts at great ease and keep track of their progress to improve the overall professionallism of my work. This makes it so I am not causing too many error.

What do you like best about the product?
Its so smooth, i feel like Hubspot is the easiest CRM to use

It sometimes doesnt remind me of tasks, Or make notifications on my google calender

I feel like i can get in contact with my prospects effortlessly
I came form Zendesk to Hubspot and it is amazing how different it helpful the tool is

the filters and how everything is set. I like to have different panels to work with, like deals, calls, contacts, etc.

I dislike not having shortcuts to use on my keyboard, this is something that I miss a lot

A better track of my sales, my leads and deals. I can have a better view of my deals.
It has great visibility when working on multiple projects so you can't forget about them

Keeping track of orders between multiple different departments all in one thread

There are alot of steps just to creat an email and when you are extremely busy it takes more time than neccessary.

Helping to have better visibility on certain tasks so they cant be forgotten about

I wish the company would also export to an owner when exporting a contact to ensure no double touches on a company.

I'm really into how convenient the reporting is. As well as how the whole platform is super easy to use.

It's a great all-in-one platform for marketing, sales, and customer support, all in one place.
Great tools for automations, workflows, great templates for emails, and I like the integration with Google Chrome/Gmail.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can for sure be pricey. Would like to see more customization per user for side bars, and easier ways to bulk edit contacts, deals, etc. It would be nice to have more ability to edit the UI, for example, being able to resize the sidebars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, which is saving lots of time with custom emails, tasks based on triggers, etc. Helpful tools for tracking tasks and allowing for better follow up timing.

Ease of Use and details on companies. HubSpot has made it very easy to find anything I need

I have no complaints at the moment. I hope that continues!
