A must have for B2B
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is by far the best CRM I have used. It's intuitive enough to figure out on your own unlike sales force. It integrates with just about everything you could think of. On the sales side of things it's an absolute necessity and I love how my AEs can pick it up and start using it right away as its easy to learn. I also love how feature rich hubspot is and even though it's easy to use it doesn't sacrifice or mean it has less capabilities as it still has many useful advanced features like workflows and playbooks that are game changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a native book a demo create a deal function. Instead every company solves this differently and since it's such a basic function there should be a native feature that does this but there isn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows is a big help but what's even better is playbooks. No one likes being the sales manager constantly reminding their AE to fill out properties on contact or deal. With playbooks this easily forces the AE to update properties in an efficient and beneficial way.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and to track daily usage, sales funnel etc. Layout and ability to drag deals to different phases of the pipeline is a major plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to undo. Sometimes I press the wrong key and delete the whole message, and I have to retype. An undo function would be huge!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flow of sales funnels, contact organization, and daily usage/activity from the sales team. Obviously leading to more productivity.
HubSpot is a must for any sales representative
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot incredibly easy to use with the interface being extremely intuitive for all my needs. I have used other services before HubSpot and this is by far the best way to book and track my calls/meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my time using Hubspot, I haven't found much to dislike. There have been some occasional glitches but that is to be expected with tech websites and any issues have always been immediately resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business scheduling and email tracking have been imperative in allowing me to better handle my daily schedule with regards to sales calls. This helps make my day more productive.
Seamless and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hubspot is user firendly inteface. Hubspot makes it veryeasy to find what you need at the click of a button. Hubspot makes it simple to find the deals you are looking for and aalso merge deals together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see to Hubspot is the number of duplicated that could appear. This could also be the user inputting information into the system as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Hubspot is solving for us is keeping all of our leads in one place and reporting in one centralized location. This smakes for finding repots and deals you need much easier.
Very comprehensive tool for sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track the sales cycle in one place, from scheduling a meeting to closing the deal and following up with the client

I think the website builder is the weakest point of the tool...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before we track all the sales cycles, so we are able to see all the processes of one client within the same tool.
Hubspot Continues to Impress
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hubspot for the past 5 years and I'm constantly impressed. They frequently release product improvements, new features and include in-depth how-to guides for every thing you want to do. If you run into any issues, you can count on the Support Team to handle your request with knowledge and urgency. Great product I recommend to all SMBs.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do a great job at pricing and packaging, which means when I want to extend a custom workflow into other areas of the business, well, I've got to open up the checkbook and pay for it. I recommend just starting with the Sales Hub Pro and using all the amazing features from the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hubspot to extend my email reach with Sequences and I use the Reports and Dashboards to measure team success. We can be certain that all Contacts are getting the love they deserve with Calls, Emails, and Newsletters.

An easy workflow to be organized and productive at work.

I like the how light the server is and how I can easily jump tabs to tabs

Sometimes, it loads slowly but it is usually resolved in a timely manner.
