Filtering your way to success
What do you like best about the product?
Using filters, tags and custom properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to send external emails to non-marketing contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I'm working with switched to HubSpot just mid-last year. Our CRM is integrated with another call-tracking software, so contact records are automatically created each time we receive phone calls. Still, some of these phone calls shouldn't be on HubSpot because they are either missed calls, less than 30 seconds, or we identified as unqualified leads onset. Instead of manually going through all call records, I used a combination of tags and filters to clean up our contacts database. I turned on tagging rules to allow us to control how tags are automatically assigned to new phone calls and used these tags as filters to clean up our contacts database. I tagged missed calls and calls that were less than 30 seconds and filtered records by date created, by tracking source and by other custom properties I made. Last week, I reduced call records from 12,000+ to 4,000+ in minutes using filters and tags! I also use filters to create custom views and active or static lists to organize our database and use the same as triggers for workflows and automation.
Hub spot has been great for our business. It is very customizable and has been easy to navigate

The chat feature is a great resource to have if I need help

I do not like how you have to save attachments to your computer prior to uploading them

Hubspot has helped us keep track of data
Best platform to maintain all the data of your clients and to have a check on your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The contact page, as we can find each and every data of our clients readily available and can easily follow up with them by assigning tasks

Hubspot have been very easy CRM Tool which has nothing to dislike, simple and efficient way to manage all our clients database

Hubspot helps us in better sales experience with the help of different reports and dashboards, helps in storing the database of clients about their company and contact details, also helps in easy follow ups with the clients by assigning tasks
Awesome CRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot is a one-stop CRM framework. Great dashboards to track KPIs and activity across teams, valuable resources and templates, user-friendly interfacing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside. Personally, I've been unable to link my LinkedIn Sales Navigator to my Hubspot - but other people on my team have been able to without any hiccups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to maintain my focus and stay on task using the tasks feature. I love that feature because it really helps me to keep track of the companies I've added to my pipeline, the priority of the tasks that need to be completed today, etc.
The most valued tool in my office!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is super easy to use and very efficient! The ease of use is my number one priority because it makes the salespeople more apt to use it. Using it several times a day is mandatory as we need to stay on top of customers! It is the most valuable tool for my salespeople as well as myself!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that we have to pay more for things like mass emailing. I feel that should be an all-inclusive benefit since emails are stored already!

I have not had any problems in the three years of managing the dealership and using Hubspot!
Saves me hours of work.
What do you like best about the product?
If I solid not use hubspot, my job would be substantially less efficient. The template tools help me personalize every email I send. Hubspot makes sending emails hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could send mass emails as individual emails, so it seems more personal.

Hubspot is saving me time and stress.
CRM for Contemporary Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot seamlessly integrates with other software. It also features many functions that are useful to the sales process such as sending documentation, sequencing campaigns, and setting up tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I faced this year is when a prospect responded with a different email and Hubspot fails to log those. So when sequences are set up, I have to manually check in to make sure prospect has responded with a different email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM is a necessary tool for any sales organization today. With sales becoming increasingly reliant on emails, it is crucial to see the prospects' activities and adjust your process accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and measure our sales team's performance throughout the entire lifecycle of our prospects. Hubspot has helped us gain a lot visibility into our sales cycle and how we can improve our sales approach moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the reporting capabilities are fantastic, there are still a few slight shortcomings if you want to get precise reporting without an Enterprise level account. Regardless, Hubspot's reporting capabilities are more than enough for the vast majority of small to medium-sized businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales hub allows us to track things like how many leads our sales team is generating, how long it takes them to close a deal, what each rep's conversion rate is, as well as other important sales metrics.
Best CRM and UI for a workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful on order to achieve goals, completition of takes and tools are very easy to work on, happy to keep up with the platform CRM to contact clients and check their activities
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatation, I would love to create sequences more automatically and keep getting restricted when the time of doing still , keeps saying you will do automatic email 1 day later instead of the outcome of a call , process's sequence could make the CRM faster and efficient I believe.maybe I got not the right experience but I tried look for more about it I don't have options to customize that part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieving connections with prospects and clients which makes the life easier. Creating meeting and takes are a very good tool which makes you more active and keeps you up to date on all the activities to do lists and queue to follow

What do you like best about the product?
Hub Spot is amazing! From the capabilities to the support, I love it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many options perhaps....can't be a bad thing, I just have a small brain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hub Spot is my personal secretary and I love her. Hub Spot keeps everything organized and helps me sell more.
