Best tool to manage Sales pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub has been instrumental in bringing all things together. I have been able to have all the leads generated through marketing campaigns, inbound and outbound campaigns into deals and I am able to qualify them and move them into the next stages seamlessly.
With the tasks feature, I can easily assign tasks to the sales reps to follow up with the prospects, update deals, and delegate them to others to ensure everything happens at the right time to have much healthy sales pipeline.
With the meetings feature, I can easily add my calendar link in the emails and prospects can directly set up meetings with me.
Overall, Hubspot Sales Hub is the one tool that made my life easier by having everything in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is really great but it's too expensive, especially if you have a big team. As you deal with more users and more contacts, your costs will soar up to a level that you feel dependent on the tool and can't go out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hubspot, all the management team can have a greater visibility on what's happening with the leads that are added into the pipeline and we are able to streamline our sales structure in a better way.
Amazing Lead Generation tool and reporting capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
If you are looking for a lead generation tool with built-in reporting, this is a great tool to use. Instead of using other platforms, sourcing leads and communicating with potential clients within the same platform is very easy. You can also integrate the tool with your email management system and create templates that you can use in reposing to clients and standardize languages for your prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be best to have a functionality for the clients to sign within the platform (digital signature) instead of using another platform. That way, we can keep all pertinent documents in just one system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses email management, reporting, and the movement of each sales process from one step to another. Creating standardized templates that the team can use in communication with our clients. API integration to other tools and calendar management.
Hubspot is a gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
The level of analasys you can achieve if you manage properties and give each deal the required info is just unbelieveable. You can track leads from start to finish with a great detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, probably the fact that only paying users have access to some info (like email templates and secuences), as an admin, it would be nice to be able to review it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly to analyze and follow the whole lead journey, how reps are working each lead and to later gather data and analytics to make decisions.

Effective and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot just makes sense. It doesn't require you to be incredibly knowledgeable with technology and anyone can run reports and keep track of deals, prospects, forecast, and manage your team

I can't think of anything I don't like. HubSpot integrates into anything I need it to.

Staying organized during the sales process. Ensuring teams are meeting their daily, weekly and monthly expectations. Tracking performance, and forecasting revenue goals.

HubSpot Sales Hub is a great and powerful tool, which gives you all the information about the prospect, that includes his social medial links, previous organization and etc.
It has features of capturing all the information so that I have all the info in one place and anyone in my team can access it without hesitation

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, but sometime the user flow is unprdicted and when I have create a deal from a contact or a company, it creates two deals instead of 1.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is solves the problem of Duplication od data and leads, once we integrate it with our email address platform it captures all the data in one place and one do not have to go back and forth to know whats the status of the leads
A very complete and flexible solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's very flexible in terms of settings, automation and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms feature is too limited and there aren't many good complete integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated workflows within the pipelines, scheduling within a whole team's availability, easy and adaptable reports.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
All internal teams are now on the same page. We can track efforts, results and sales in one single area. It plays well with our other tools like Seamless AI, LinkedIn Nav, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things require "workarounds." For example, you cannot easily pull contacts out of a company list, and it's challenging to make ongoing outreaches without the sequences feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track efforts and which ones show the best results is fantastic. They can also follow if a contact interacted with something you sent and how many times.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to see everything in one place and have a 360 view of what's happening. What I use the most is the dashboards, I have it always open so I can know where we are in terms of lead gen (amount of leads, where they are coming from, etc), meetings, deals. I use the deals dahsboard too, and with a click I know how a deal is advancing in the process. When I started this position, having Hubspot was my first decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quotas are not so easy to manage and understand, I'm sure there's a lot to use and know that I´m not aware yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from marketing to sales is covered in Hubspot, to have all the process in just one place gives me a 360 degree perspective.

When you start from the beginning, it takes a lot of time to know how it works, but after you watch blog posts and videos, you can have everything organized
