10/10 system and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service team is absolutely amazing-- I rave about it all the time. The system may seem daunting at first, but after getting to know what the CRM can do for you it's truly a breath of fresh air, especially compared to some of the workflow/ automation systems I've used on other CRMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a little bit more customizability with certain properties and record customizations. For example on the Deals page, the record card on the top left uses Close Date and Amount which i'd like to change to terms that make sense in our industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS is solving our process implementation. After COVID and remote work, a lot of accountability between sales reps and sales managers seem to become too loose which hindered performance. Having a system that tracks actual progress of deals on our various pipelines while also ensuring our insurance agents weren't prospecting current clients or other agents' prospects has also helped tremendously.
Great lead generator and so easy to use.

What I love best about Hubspot is its user-friendly and great asset to our daily leads.

nothing , great program !! No complaints.

The dashboard in the sales tap is slow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefites me to see exactly how I am doing on a sale and how I can improve to reach the goals that I need to rehash. Everything has increased since. I started.
HubSpot is the easiest CRM I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot because the workflows are so user-friendly and make my job easier. I love to be able to sort by almost any field to find the specific prospects I am looking to contact. EMailing and calling is simple and quick within HubSpot. Creating tasks that allow me never to forget to follow up is also effortless. I have used many CRM's and this is by far my favorite ever! Also support is a chat away and always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I want to use many filters to find exactly who I need to contact, and the filters don't always produce the results I am looking for. I've chatted with HubSpot support and sometimes the filters need to be used in a specific order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracks all my activity, love the templates for emailing prospects quickly. Allows me to contact many prospects per day and know if they are opening and clicking so I can engage with the active ones.
Best Platform for Sales BY FAR
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting metrics, deal management, automation for emails and outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing, this piece of tech is a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, speed, visibility into all of my deals. Everything is clear and accessible very quickly.
Cohesive and Useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is easy to organize, customize, and view/create reports. Sync with GSuite/Google is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I wish that the integration with AirCall was better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to organize where each prospect/lead is in sales cycle and helps to identify timelines and set deadlines.
HubsSpot Is User-Friendly and Keeps Me Organized
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about HubSpot Sales is that it is easy to use and keeps me organized. From reminding me to follow up on emails to creating tasks to ensure I am on top of closing deals and everything in between. I know I would not be as efficient without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful about HS sales is how many features there are. Sometimes I do not feel as if I am getting the most out of the tool because there are some things I am unaware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales keep our team organized and on the same page. We all know exactly what is happening with our prospects and customers. We are more productive with HS sales, and it has led to an increase in business performance.

It allows me to organize my book of business accurately and benefits me in my day to day work. Very productive.
Lots of tools to set you up for success
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to efficiently filter leads with tasks and organize them into queues. I can use my time the best way possible. I can also keep track of lead situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you first start it can be a learning curve to get use to. Also if I have leads that someone else called, sometime they don't properly vet leads and it leads to inefficient calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many features, like the deal tab, allow you to track leads and log calls and meetings. Otherwise, I would have to have an excel sheet with all the names and entire paragraphs of the situation, which is messy and time-consuming.
User friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to set follow up tasks from either a phone call or an email. This allows me to stay on top of all of my customer contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to send texts directly through HubSpot. In such a mobile world, text messaging is an efficient contact method where voicemails tend to be deleted without acknowledgment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the issue of tracking customer contacts whether sent within the HubSpot site or directly from Outlook, so that exchanges are easily reviewed prior to initiating a call back or follow up.
