HubSpot is the perfect business partner. It is a CRM that grows with you as your company grows.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales is very easy to use. It is intuitive and helps guide you through the set up and learning process.

There are amazing resources to learn how to utilize the systems and it is flexible with customizable options. Which means it matches how I do my business processes. You donnot have to change the way you do business to match the software.

The thing I like best is the reliability of search engine. I can count on my search results in as many ways as I want to view my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be high for smaller businesses with limited revenue or one starting out. While there is a free version that is very powerful, a business trying to grow may encounter reaching the limits very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps me to keep track of my clients, our conversations, and the sales process in one place. I can quickly view my next tasks in an organized report and know exactly what I need to do next. It helps me to stay organized and focused.

Impressive CRM and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and navigate. Leads are managed efficiently because of the layout and interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. Perhaps a calendar page for a summarized view of all scheduled meetings booked by clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is organized; you can easily filter to make sure you will be able to call and prioritize the contacts that you should be calling. Easy to manage and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. I like using it Hubspot and i am used to it every day. it's part of my everyday work week :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is really no issue in Hubspot, We are using it for contacts for voting.

What do you like best about the product?
there are namely multiple features such as sequences that it helps me with to track my key accounts and materialize deals secondly analytical and amazing reporting tools that make conversion time very fast paced and decision making easy
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience so far onboarding has been a challenge and would like to be addressed in the newer version apart from this automation has also been quite slugish for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in understanding the impact of our efforts and how much energy , time and cost shall be equally involved. Just a great assistant for email marketing, key account management and scheduling along with better understanding of analytics to drive sales and operate the department in better way

Best Integrated Marketing Tool In The Market!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is an all-in-one platform for an inbound strategy that aligns with sales and marketing needs. I like how the email workflows make naturing leads into customers easier. Creating email templates and sequences is a breeze that can be automated. I love how you can share meeting links and other features, such as integration with social media sites, especially; Linkedin. On the marketing side, the landing pages we create are so easy that anyone can do it. The HubSpot Academy I love! It is the icing on the cake. It teaches you everything and anything you need to know and understand about using the software. You can also pick up your phone and call; they are really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For large email campaigns, the automation of tasks can become a little cumbersome. A backlog of overdue tasks can build up each day. I wish the overdue tasks could be obliterated from the current workflow and placed into new workflows without duplication of another task that causes task numbers to increase. There may be a solution, researching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping me connect, engage and close contacts. On the marketing side, creating landing pages. We will also bring over our website to HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has helped us grow our Cleaning Business considerably since we started in 2021. We have had a smooth experience with the Gmail inbox linked to the CRM, HubSpot email tracker and notifications with Chrome and HubSpot mobile application.
As a first-time user, it was quite easy to use the platform. The demo videos and the free user tutorials were easy to understand and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be confusing glitches like different users shown as owners for contacts/companies. The email tracker hasn't always been accurate. The payment plans have been expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of everything that happens with a company from the moment we approach a client.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, nothing is hard to find. Integration between other systems and the ability to monitor and track client/customer engagement is fantastic. Compared to other CRMs I've used that were clunky or lacking in many key features and insights, Hubspot is an absolute breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, very little. Hubspot is practically flawless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration and contact between different teams was always harder through other CRM software. The ability to set tasks to keep on top of important deadlines also helped myself and my organisation's work performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, the sequence's and task's help make the sales process easy as well as all of the 3rd part integrations we use that integrated with HubSpo. The mobile app is great for on the go as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it can be overwhelming, but after taking many HubSpot Academy videos and creating our HubSpot to work for us. Anytime I have an issue, he instant chat has been able to resolve me issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales is helping our organization prospect management, account data, email campaigns, deal cycles and much more for multiple different departments. My favorite CRM thus far.

What do you like best about the product?
Can create & keep email templates, work tracking, data utilization, making contacts, email campaigns, calling, scheduling, emailing tasks at one place & many more
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much; searching contact is quite tricky; creating criteria to search contacts can be improved, and the rest of the things are fine. In email template there should be an option of attaching docs from desktop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling a call has become easy; emailing bulk audiences and getting calls scheduled has become very easy & convenient. Tracking & maintaining notes for each call
