The best Sales CRM to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It helped to maintain contacts, company records, deals, dashboards, pivoting and much much more. The team had ease to pitch to prospects and eventually helped with productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is way too high for the entire tool and it can wlbe worked upon. Also the tabs are not properly aligned to the worksheets. Data migration is a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped solve a lot of problems in terms of data storage, meeting invitation, meeting scheduler, etc. It has also helped us in terms of data visibility for teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, send sequence emails, and keep track of leads. Never had any issues when using the program, unlike other programs I have used. Overall had a great experience when using HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would've changed, would be the ability to enroll multiple people in a sequence at one time. There may be a way to do it, I was never taught it so I'm not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a great way to keep track of leads, track progress and metrics, and connect with contacts. It was very simple to use, and never had any issues that needed fixing.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, any user can refer to the guidelines and start working from day 1. The best is the way contacts are associated with companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such for now, has been using the sales hub and does provide all basic requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it is directly connected with the form submission with our website, so online lead directly comes into CRM and the notification does to respective individual.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. Using Salesforce in the past, this is like a breath of fresh air. Easy to store templates and create sequences. Downloading Lists is Easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, actually after using Salesforce this was just amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminders, Tasks, and Emailing multiple people with ease. Really it is simple to set up sequences with no real training.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the integrations with other programs, for example, Cloutalk, WhatsApp, Intercom, among others, which guarantee us traceability and transparency in our daily activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, integration processes tend to be a bit delayed, and sometimes certain calls do not synchronize with the system, which means I have to enter directly from the original platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to close sales cycles, provide greater follow-up to the user to obtain a response, understand their needs, extract reports, and communication via API which integrates with the platform.
Hubspot helps you see all of your clients in one view and know when they need to be contacted.
What do you like best about the product?
Activity tracker lets me know the cadence at which I should follow up with prospects as well as how soon to check on open items for active cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
To-do lists are designed for single tasks. My client contacts are continuous. I'd like an option that is friendlier to ongoing contact and notification when that contact is active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform tracks interaction with outbound emails and website interaction, pipeline progression of existing deals for my own record keeping as well as reporting to management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy HubSpot is to use; I really like how you can track source logs for each specific field, reports, deal forecasting, chrome extension, etc. It offers a lot of native integration and custom webhooks, which is just awesome.

There's nothing as such about HubSpot that I dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
Never forget a follow-up with a potential lead. You can use automatizations (sequences) to follow up or use the tasks feature. Sequences are powerful as they allow a variety of use cases, e.g. combining mails, with tasks, reminders, calendar invites, etc.
HubSpot allows you to integrate your quotes, have an overview of your current deals, and see what each person on your team does. It`s great.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a universe on its own and although it is fairly intuitive one should spend time learning, personalizing, and making it as efficient as possible. That can vary greatly from organization to organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used different tools in the past and it was always difficult to have a complete overview what each person works on. This is completely solved with HubSpot. It makes the entire process transparent.
