Intuitive and User Friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I've been in Sales for over a decade, and Hubspot is the best CRM I've used. I didn't have any training to use this software but it is intuitive and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enjoyed using Hubspot since day one - no complaints at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is great for measuring and alerting level of interest of each prospects which makes it easy for a Sales Consultant like me to prioritize leads.

Quick, easy, and low learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is straightforward to navigate and use. Linking accounts such as email and calendars is very simple. Creating lists of prospects, closed deals, and adding filters helps me stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot's email tracking can sometimes be inaccurate. Creating different views can sometimes be complex. The site slows down at times and lags. Task notifications should be more apparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of email opens and clicks. I am also able to see how long prospects view files in Hubspot. Scheduling meetings. Creating sequences and follow ups

Why I Enjoy Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a CRM and outreach tool in one. Plus, building sequences and workflows is easy. The platform is fairly intuitive and it's more affordable than several competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the outreach portion of Hubspot improve. Coming from competitors in the space, I'd like a bit more insight into reports. There's not much more that can be better. It's overall a solid product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out unique workflows has been a game changer. We don't just target one industry but rather several. Being able to target which leads go into what workflow, that's awesome.

Hubspot is down semi-frequently, enough to notice. For such a big company you'd think the servers would be better running

Best Platform

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything for me to my job. I'm able to call, sequence and engage with decision makers easily through the platform. It also is very easy to use compared to other crms
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say something I dislike would be changing email sequences their should be a way to edit sequences from the contact page itself and not have to go to the sequence tab to be able to modify it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me enroll my ICP into sequences that have a multi-level steps such being able to call the person then the day after add them on linkedin and so on. makes it easy for me to warm up contacts.

Not as good for email outreach but it still works okay.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is that it is compatible with my mobile device! I can make a sale anywhere in the world.

HubSpot is amazing I do not have a dislike.

Sometimes the future date for cadence should be blocked off and it is not.

I like how easy it is to access and fine tune communicating with potential prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information for one contact bleeds into or changes entirely for other contacts, which causes a lot of confusion
