What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and fast it is to contact my customers, including instant messaging that allows me to easily connect with them

as far everything is good, i havent have problems

idk because the number of applications in hubspot sales its hard to use all the advantages.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to learn, it has all of the tools I need, and it allows me to track deals so nothing gets lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike! I even like their colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have a robust and complete picture of my sales process. It helps me see what communication method is working, and where I and my team can improve.

Easy to use. Helpful support. Helps drive more sales.

There are a lot of features yet to be developed, and sometimes the pipeline can take too long to get the features you want.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sales force Sales is templets it saves me so much time, effort, and sanity. I would not be able to do my job as effectively without it. Amazing !!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the ability to learn the software was easier. It is a steep learning curve is you never used it before but the account managers are there to help you along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has smart filters. So each email is personal and has a better chance of being read.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes every day a little bit better by helping me stay organized, reminding me of tasks that I need to do, and saving all of my email templates- not to mention the HubSpot app is a life saver and so convenient. I wish I used HubSpot not only for my work life but for my every day life too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of HubSpot is they do charge you for upgrades and I cannot use all of the tools that they offer because the upgrades can get expensive when piling one on top of the other
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overtime HubSpot has improved their program dramatically! I love that my HubSpot can connect directly with my email so I can track when clients have opened and viewed items in my emails.

Sometimes it has glitches or it stops working.

Keeping all contacts and info of contact organized. Be able to reach multiple contacts simultaneously.
