Workflow is easy

What do you like best about the product?
The new HubSpot prospecting feature allows you to see you daily progression throughout all of your tasks. No task is left undone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel at times HubSpot is trying too add to many features.

Hubspot: A crucial tool for our e-commerce business

What do you like best about the product?
HS helps our e-commerce start-up succeed by generating leads, planning and executing customer outreach, and ultimately closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better organization of sequence scheduling (number & timing) would help our small sales team to be able to make as much outreach as possible without hitting our ISP's (Google's) limits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to systematically filter and contact campaign-appropriate leads is crucial to our business. I haven't found a better CRM platform with all the marketing and sales integrations and resources we need to initiate contact and close deals.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface, coupled with robust features such as lead tracking, email automation, and contact management, has greatly improved my efficiency and allowed me to focus on what matters most: building meaningful relationships with our clients.

No complaints yet. I am happy with the customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has fewer keystrokes and does the job faster than Salesforce or SalseLoft. Fewer steps and get more done. More calls per day than the others. Better tracking. All around better tool. And I have been using Salesforce since it came out. Much better by far than Salesforce, in my view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. Easy tool to use and get started with. Almost no training is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fewer keystrokes, and fewer pages are needed to do the same job. More time to make calls.

I dont dislike anything i think is a pretty complete software, I would like though to download reports

What do you like best about the product?
I like that hubspot is very easy to navigate and use. I can keep track of my tasks very easily throughout each and every day making it easy to be efficient with knocking out my work each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if this is already a feature but it would be nice if HubSpot could automatically set a cadence for tasks to be created when a new contact or lead is assigned, rather than having to manually create the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes it very easy to keep track of my assigned contacts and the tasks I need to complete each day. It helps with efficiency and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is above all else easy to learn and use to maximize it's potential. The email templates you can create as well as the sequences makes follow up with clients very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really a great implementation of the mobile app. It seems like an afterthought with how put together and great the web version of HubSpot is. It definitely needs some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps a ton with the follow up as well as keeping track of future tasks that I may need to accomplish throughout the day and week. Without HubSpot I don't think I could do my job as well as I currently do.
