Apart from bugs from time to time Hubspot’s great!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create your own dashboards to track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that certain bugs make me unable to use it and that's what I dislike, it doesn't happen often though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of the progress I make with prospects and also keep track of the deals.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is one of the tools that i've found easiest to use in my time being in sales. Highly integratable, and I can adapt the solution to my needs. The support team are great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I found hardest to use about HubSpot Sales Hub was in the beginning of onboarding the solution. There are so many moving parts that keeping track of how I was leveraging it was hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping me with automating the entire sales process. This leaves me more time to focus on closing my accounts! It also helps me to track everything which means I don't lose any clients.
Easy and Elegant to use
What do you like best about the product?
The easy of access being able to view all the details all in a single page without needing to open additional pages. And it's very user friendly even for first timers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing particular to dislike about HubSpot sales, It has a lot of great features and customisations which can be tweaked to perfection I never found any one particular thing that I dislike here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve all problems regarding customer relationship management like getting in touch with customers, scheduling meetings, being able to add notes and being able to view information all in one page.
Ease of use and fantastic for end to end sales
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. There are several features which can be customized according to the users requirement. The are filters on each screen which allow users to search precisely what they are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time to start using. Rather than the quick tour option. A 2 min. video showing all the important features would be extremely useful. But over a period of time you are able to use hubspot smoothly

Scheduling was a big concern earlier. But not any more

What do you like best about the product?
Data collection, accuracy, User friendly & Important for sales, REporting & tasks are very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, raising tickets is confusing sometimes & there have been times where automation didn't work rest is fine

Reporting for my team is very easy, Data management & tracking is very useful
Life becomes easier with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Creating the sales funnel and lead bifurcation has become very easy for me. As well as I can see the progress on the leads in a matter of minutes which used to take me hours before.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, there's nothing to say. As a first-time user, I thought it would be challenging to adapt. But as I started progressing, Hubspot made my life easier, as well as my Sales team.

Lead Bifurcation as per the level of interest was a challenge, with Hub spot, that has been taken care of.
Also, it's easier to supervise lead usage by agents on Hubspot.

I can manage my sales data in one place and update things quickly without any issues at all which is commendable

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Hubspot Sales Hub is the pipeline feature. As a manager, it offers me a complete view of our wins, losses, and contributions of each team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain reporting functions and attribution features that would enhance Sales Hub but require you to buy several other full modules. An a-la -carte option would be preferable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub offers my team a single system for email, appointment scheduling, attainment tracking, and visibility into the multifaceted relationships that several of our staff members have with the same customers.
A straight forward CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to become a HubSpot Sales user. It doesn't take weeks to learn to use the CRM, it gives you all the tools you need to be a successful salesperson and reach your potential customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel that HubSpot Sales Hub lacks the advanced features that I am looking for in a CRM. It's difficult to customize deep sequences and run advanced reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot acts as my sales task scheduler and reminder. I integrate the tools in hubspot with my calendar and it keeps me organized and on track. Without Hubspot I'm not sure I would be able to keep track of all the activities I do.
