What do you like best about the product?
The capability of having everything in one tool is impressive, Data storage, campaigns, follow-up, Marketing designed adds creations and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing and Sales templates and sequences can't be shared between them

Sales strategies, sales approach, CRM needs, Data Storage and Follow-ups

What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot 1 because they always alert you when they have updates, webinars. Storing information is easy so that in case i am out of office, a colleague can do my work quickly without having to call me. Awesome, wouldn't you agree?
What do you dislike about the product?
The only change I would recommend is, the date when a note has been added; it should save the date. Writing dates for each new comment is a bit hectic, but Hubspot for the win.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to information for the entire team. Anyone even outside the country can be able to access the same information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot organizes information in many different ways. My favorite search methods are by company, deal, account, contact information, and reports. The reports and dashboards are easy to read and organized effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can look overwhelming for a beginner. It can look a little chaotic. Once you dive into Hubspot, there are ways to learn from Hubspot, and the support team is accommodating and quick to respond!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot tracks my communication with clients and keeps it all in one place. I can easily dive into a company and keep track of where the company is at in the pipeline and plan ahead for future tasks.

I really appreciate how this application was designed since it has everything that I need for a CRM; you can do everything like calling, email tracking, messaging, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
No problem has been encountered as of now. This is a very helpful application, and I would not ask for more. I highly recommend this to all sales person!!! Great app

This Application solves your problem in managing your leads, tracking your emails, insight for your sales, messaging your prospects, cold calling, appointment setting and etc.

I do like it cause it is very useful when it comes to our work cause it is our main CRM to connect to leads and close the deals it helps a lot in generating revenue

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a multi-functional sales tool. It's a CRM that offers email-sending capabilities to be connected through Outlook, which are also tracked for historical purposes. You can build email cadences to be automatically sent out on your behalf and store essential client documents in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I have experienced as of yet. I have noticed that when building my email templates which are then added into various sequences, the font in the body of the email differs from the font in my signature at the bottom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot as a multi-use tool here in our sales department. It's used for calls and emails, client engagement and tracking, and online scheduling through the built-in calendar scheduling functionality.

Cost is so reasonable. Functionality spot on and I really like the task reminders and the way it integrates with Kixie. All in all it's way better than Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fair question. I've been working with a variety of CRM's over the years and I can find no fault with Hubspot. It checks all my boxes and provides me with I need to market and prospect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows to to keep track of every move I make when prospecting. Garbage in garbage out. Input process is super simple so this keeps me on track on time and perpetually engaged

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hubspot because it makes me day to day work easier. It helps me keep leads and tasks organized and stay on track with sales deals. I think it is more user friendly than other CRMs like SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I do not like about HubSpot is that I find it hard to separate leads in order to keep them organized. Making lists and folders is not very user friendly.

Hubspot tracks the activity of all of our sales reps to see who is on track. It also helps us identify which leads each rep is pursuing to ensure no overlap of connection.

Integrations with hubspot are great, specially dialers, I use it with aloware and it works amazing! Specially templates for SMS
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit pricy if you're just starting up and onboarding might take a while, I think hubspot Acadamy could be better and faster

Hubspot solves all lead conversions with email tracking and proper management within data sets.
