I use Hubspot Sales everday
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to organize my accounts by the date range and last active. I also enjoy the calendar and ability to schedule your meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could block specific days on the Hubpsot calendar for example If I don't want any meetings on Wednesday afternoons. I wish that was more easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to set up automated email sequences, and schedule meetings effortlessly. The benefit is saved time and increased focus on high-value activities like building relationships and closing deals.
Makes life and work easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the the fact that it keeps track of who to you called who you sent emails to. And it keeps track on when you have to send another email or call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that i dislike because this makes my life a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the fact that I use to be very organized but not it keeps me organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales hub is very organized and easy to access. I like the lay out and it is very easy to fnd what I need

I would like to see some options for industry specific applications. I think the software could be more customized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to find solutions for our business using Sales Hub. I think the main problem it has helped solve is the speed with which we reach the client has greatly imporved
Hubspot is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Before hubspot we were using 4 different places to track our client and advisor info
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to maneuver, and it can get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It took 4 different programs and condensed it to one for me. I love the automated emails and the ability to track who opens emails
Leverage Technology to build momentum
What do you like best about the product?
So many needed tools, in a single user friendly platform that allows you to be as indepth in your prospecting strategy as you desire.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look and feel could be more modern but that's something I can live with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to leverage email templates for repeated task. Hubspot will enable me to manage my social post and interactions to create brand awareness. I also make all of my calls out of hubspot by leveraging task batching to increase the volume of calls that can be made during a call block.
Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has made organizing my day a breeze. I love that I can set tasks and send emails all through one site. It keeps my notes on customers clear and helps me remember names and people Im working with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the search was a little more clear in certain areas. Other than that its great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the organization organized. It also helps us track everyone's activities and where we can improve upon them.

HubSpot Supports Smart & Streamlined Sales
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub Pro has improved the efficiency of our sales team, made it easy to identify leads within our database, and provided transparency for our whole team on where each lead sits within a sales funnel. HubSpot Sales Hub ensures no disruption to the sales process if a team member is on vacation or out of the office since the activity log and contact properties show which stage of the sales process they are in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no obvious downsides, although I would like to be able to attach documents to templates (not just link to a document uploaded to HubSpot Sales Hub within a template).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has enabled all departments within our company to access our full database of contacts and to combine information when multiple teams interact with the same contact. Custom properties and contact views have allowed us to track the information that matters most to each team, including lifecycle stages of different sales funnels. HubSpot templates and sequences have made sales outreach and follow-up more efficient, freeing up time to service existing clients and partners.
Great ATS
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the whole platform is and how useful the tasks and notes tools are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm always informed that someone opens my emails 2-5 seconds after I send them. Every time. I know that tracking isn't accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I look to grow our business and it helps me schedule first meetings.
Efficient System for Daily Routines
What do you like best about the product?
Effective means of contacting clients and keeping all leads concise in a set format
What do you dislike about the product?
The follow-up option for tasks sometimes goes a little crazy if it doesnt get checked off
