Great experience, better than salesforce their competitor

What do you like best about the product?
Interface, user friendly, simplicity, great for smaller businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to salesforce I used, they have more features like organization is better in my personal opinion. Only uses tasks to complete each instead of grouping
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me organize my leads, see which ones I have to follow up with, quick access to leaderboards since salesforce have different kind of settings to find, and the simplicity of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easy to view top prospects and nurture additional leads without them slipping through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't complain about HubSpot Sales Hub!

What do you like best about the product?
I love hubspot because it makes it easy to manage my pipeline, keep new prospects handy and keeps my workflow smooth and clean.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that phone numbers and emails can exist on multiple contact records. Also within the "deals" section, it's not easy to see what active deals that I'm playing should be called and prioritized

It helps me better organize my contacts and keep everything in order.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that being able to use filters, to find contacts i want to bring together to be very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ways to group add contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve the problem of filtering out bounced emails and keep our email reputation in good standing with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
There is so much customizability in this tool compared to SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides about HS Sales Hub

Hubspot allows me to track all of my contacts and where they are at in the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredily well-organized. Everything is laid out where you want it, which is really important to me. Quality is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything has been great. Odd times when call-connections are low. And sometimes there's conflicts in the analytics HS gives. But very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me keep track of everyone Im reaching out to, who I need to stop reaching out, and continue to keep reaching out to. Keeps me organized!

Only tool you need to manage the A-Z of your sales activities

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up and integrate custom/calculated properties. It makes it so much more powerful because you can practically find a workaround for the features that it doesn't have with custom objects
What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing contact tier limits are way too low. It makes it hard to send regular marketing collateral to our customer base without having to pay a good deal extra to raise our tier. And once raised, you can't drop a tier even if you're not using your limit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to manage our B2B pipeline. It took us about two months to set up properly but now, it's given us a massively powerful infrastructure to manage, monitor, and modify our sales operations. It's got too many awesome features to go into detail, but here are a few:

- The automated workflows are easy to set up and save you tens of hours
- Email sequences send emails with embeddable contact tokens
- The reports have upwards of 10 different types of charts

All in all, we're very happy with how Hubspot has automated a good portion of the sales activies we used to do manually

Great CRM with lots of functionality

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to setup and implement. It gives you also a lot of inspiration about inside marketing and how to build a great marketing strategy. In Sales Hub we like the flexibility that we can easy edit all functions toward our needs and align in the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much as the functionality is great. Some functions are (due to the large set) a bit hard to find.Pricing could be cheaper especially the big packages comes with a huge pricetag for smaller organisations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is a great tool to manage our pipeline and sales activities. We track deals and structure our sales activities. The saleshub is also the backbone of our reporting.

Central hub for CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Best features of this platform are:

1. It facilitates ease of closing deals by creating and importing various deals of the enterprise.

2. The app integration is really great as it lets me schedule the dates for my meetings by using calender of Google, Miscrosoft Outlook and Exchange.

3. Its offering of a free plan makes it great to intepret once and use it. It lets me list down and create my tasks as well as keep a track of my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations of this platform are:

1. The first and foremost turn off for me while using this platform was the prcing of the subscription plans which is really high for me.

2. It does not let me change my subject head while writing e-mails, which is a turn off.

3. I could not add reminder in integration with other platforms while creating a task, and also the operating time was a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is everything an enterprise can need to manage sales, marketing, automate workflows in sequence, and also provides various analytics tools as well. I used this platform's tasks feature in sales hub to manage my upcoming tasks as well as have a reminder for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to focus on what i need to do with all the pertinent information regarding the customer or prospect

If i make a mistake with email it is a bit cumbersome to make a change
