I have been using HubSpot sales for many years and it is an essential tool for sales professonals.

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility is key and determining factor for users. Simply the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very unforgiving in a few things. Can´t pin point them right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily being organized. Task assigments and territory shifting.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can create reports for everything and it's always up to date, the reports are easy to read and the platform is really organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes it slows down, but it's very rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Up dated reports, and view daily numbers of calls, emails, enagagements, sales closed, and lost. So we can keep track of how we are doing number wise.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I love about HubSpot Sales Hub such as: I can create templates to send out my message and call out to reach my potential and current customers. I can track their activitives (when they open my email, how many times and when) and a lot of other features I appreciate from HubSpots. I love the integreation of HS (HubSpots) and Outlook and my cell phone to call out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot search phone number or a specifice name in some forms. Please enhance the search capability of HubSpots. Also, the Help function needs to be improved as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I especially love those features such as keeping track of the potential and current customers activities. The integration of HS and Outlook and my cell phone. The import function of Excel file into HS and many other features of a CRM.

Best CRM for long and complex sales

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it excels in managing long and complex sales processes. Its robust set of features is tailored to handle the intricacies of multi-step deals, making it easy to track every interaction, from the first touchpoint to closing the deal. The customizable pipelines allow for detailed segmentation and monitoring of each stage, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Additionally, the seamless automation tools, and analytics provides a 360-degree view of every opportunity, empowering sales teams to make data-driven decisions and optimize their strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where HubSpot Sales Hub could improve is in its user-friendliness, when it comes to create dashboards. While the platform offers powerful reporting and analytics tools, the dashboard customization process can be a bit cumbersome and less intuitive than it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Automated Workflows and sequences: Manual tasks like sending follow-up emails or updating records can be time-consuming and prone to errors. HubSpot’s automation tools eliminate much of this manual work by automating routine tasks, allowing the sales team to focus more on building relationships and closing deals. This increases productivity and reduces the chances of human error.

2. Sales Pipeline Management: Managing a complex sales pipeline with multiple stages and stakeholders can be challenging. HubSpot Sales Hub offers customizable pipelines that provide clear visibility into each stage of the sales process. This helps in better forecasting, prioritizing leads.

3. Knowledge capitalisation: Sales often involves teamwork, and HubSpot Sales Hub facilitates better collaboration among team members. With shared notes, tasks, and communication logs, everyone is on the same page, reducing miscommunication and fastening onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy-to-use and intuitive platform perfect for a small sales team but can support large organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything missing that supports our sales group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows our business to know when to engage with warm prospects. The team has leveraged insights from warm prospects (clicks to pages), resulting in outreach to prospects at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can schedule my posts using HubSpot and analyze the results across platforms is very useful. Being able to see which leads came from social media is incredibly helpful and highlights the importance of social media both as a lead-generation tool and for brand awareness. HubSpot also offers a great view of lead sources, allowing us to understand which marketing efforts are delivering the best results. They also easy to use, good customer support. I use it literary everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't schedule Instagram Stories on their social platform yet, but I'm happy to be one of the beta testers for this tool and to see that they are considering it.

A great deal of sales statistics and information. A good part of this end result is effortless as it comes from your daily interactions with Sales Hub.

I cannot imagine life without Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
It's been a while since I've thought about all the ways we use Hubspot in our daily work life. So many things have become second-nature that I had to sit and think a bit about it, but my favorite features are: 1) the meetings scheduler links. WHO HAS TIME TO TALK ABOUT AVAILABLE TIMES. 2) Email logging. This has been a gamechanger as we grow our team and want to see interactions with clients to make sure we're not stepping on toes. 3) Integration with Outlook. It's not perfect, but the ability to add contacts to Hubspot, use email templates that can pull in information from records in Hubspot, etc - it's amazing. 4) Automation - we love automating as much as we can think of, and Hubspot gives you so much freedom in how you do that. 5) Reporting and dashboards - again, Hubspot is supremely customizable and I love love love the freedom I have in pulling reports.
Also, I am amazed by their Customer Support and want to know what software they use - they can give me a link that takes me to a specific paragraph in their knowledge base. It is so so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike. I suppose I don't like it when I forget to turn off tracking emails and I receive notifications when people open an email. But I can see that feature being very helpful for other positions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, we did not have a way to see our interactions with clients across our team. We also had a lot of manual tracking of deals through sales and onboarding processes. As I've said earlier, the features HubSpot has are so intuitive and helpful that I literally cannot imagine going back to my pre-HubSpot world.
