What do you like best about the product?
Jira's issue-tracking system, customizable workflow and seamless integration with other tools makes agile process smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Jira can be overwhelming due to its complexity. Additionally configuring workflows often requires extra time and expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves managing agile process by providing clear visibility into tasks, priorities etc. It also solves the problem of collaboration across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Jira is how easy it is to break down large projects into epics, stories, and tasks. This feature really helps with organizing and achieving complex work items . Helps everyone on the team to see progress,comments, blockers, and priorities in real time easily.new user onboarding implementation is easy
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is the work items filter, Its very hard to filter a specific users previously completed work items

Jira helps solves the problem of tracking and managing tasks across multiple projects in a structured way.Other team mates works ,progress can be seen easily ,this benefits in knowledge aware amount the team

What do you like best about the product?
We use Jira to coordinate our software product development team. Its features make it especially useful for assigning tasks directly to users who are added to the boards, which helps streamline product development. We can set up separate boards for different products, whether for development or testing purposes. Overall, Jira is excellent for managing the entire product development process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is, overall, a great app to work with. However, I think it could benefit from offering more refined feature options to its users. Despite this, I enjoyed using it very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira offers many features that help us address various challenges. Its boards allow us to create multiple projects and monitor their progress effectively. Users can assign issues or tasks to one another based on their responsibilities within the board. This has made it much easier for us to manage the entire software development life cycle, as we can perform multiple check-ins and validations. Additionally, Jira supports user engagement through chat and other collaborative tools, which further enhances our workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep track of all the Jira tickets, backlogs, burnout time, and the hours I have logged for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It helps managers so much that in enterprise version it gives how many hours are short for the given sprint which leads managers to do micromanagement

Tracking all jiras cross-teams and helping set priorities for the task while working

What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing tool for planning work. With features like epics, stories, tasks, bugs, priority support tickets, and more, it helps me clearly distinguish between the different types of work I handle. It also assists in planning and prioritizing my tasks, making it easier to achieve product releases on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike or don't enjoy about JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning involves organizing tasks, managing the work, and ensuring everything is completed on time. When working across different functions, it becomes easier to track the progress of the work and stay aligned with the overall goals.

What do you like best about the product?
It's overall ability to track project status using Epics, Stories, Tasks, and Sub-Tasks

It's a very powerful tool and can have a high learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing Jira with Scrum is very easy and efficient for the boards of each sprint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locate some dashboards that are needed, but after finding them and adding them to favorites, they become more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the management of user stories for new projects and the management of bugs for quick customer support with traceability and dates

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is user-friendly and straightforward, making it easy to use and track Jira tickets. Tracking and reporting are much simpler with JIRA, and it also allows integration with other platforms like Slack. The project management team can create tasks, issues, and bugs, then assign and track them among team members. Tracking progress is convenient with JIRA, as you can also log the time taken to resolve each ticket. Within the tool, agile and scrum dashboards are available to view and summarize ticket information. They have active customer support and easy to use and implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike about this tool; I haven't noticed any drawbacks while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, this project management tool allows tickets to be assigned to the application team and individual team members. Team members can also create tasks and assign them to users to ensure the work gets done. The tool makes tracking progress and generating reports straightforward and efficient.
