What do you like best about the product?
Jira is awesome when it comes to track tasks, bugs and projects all in one place with customizable workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complex for new user as it happened to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most importantly, Jira helps me track progress and improves team collaboration through the Jira Kanban board I use with my team. It also offers scrum boards if you wanna use that to support our workflow. Jira keeps our work organized and also boosts efficiency.
Fast, Stable, and Seamless Communication with Jira Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a fast and stable solution to allowing clear communication between customer support and other internal departments. Thanks to its integrations, such as its use in Slack, I am easily able to see when updates have been made to tickets that I have raised or been assigned to. Due to needing to use this every day the clear communication is a great selling point.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA can sometimes be confising with its use of JARGON. This isnt an inherent issue with JIRA but more of how its been designed to be so flexible. Extreme flexibility while useful can mean its a master of none.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA allows us to communicate clearly between departments and shows a clear audit trail for activities that have taken place on any given ticket. This allows us to keep to our SLAs and have a clear understanding of the requirments in a given situation.
Efficient Task Management and Team Collaboration with Jira
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a powerful tool for task management. It helps organize tasks for the team and manage them efficiently. Jira allows me to manage my work properly by creating and tracking tasks effectively. I also create tasks for the QA team so they can check and update their progress accordingly. This makes it easier for all of us to work on our tasks and log our time properly. Their customer support also helps me resolve any issues I face.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s one thing I dislike about Jira — sometimes updates and notifications don’t appear in the system right away after I perform an action. This makes it hard to know whether the action was completed successfully or not, which can be confusing. Because of this delay, I sometimes can’t provide timely updates to my senior team members about my task progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has greatly helped me manage my tasks digitally. I can easily access it anytime and from anywhere. Earlier, I used to manage my tasks manually using notes, which took more time. Now, Jira saves time and helps me track my work progress effectively. It allows me to manage task statuses so that my team members and clients can directly check my progress. Based on the project requirements, time can be properly arranged for each type of development. The mobile notifications also help me stay updated and work efficiently.

Great for Team Tracking, But Can Be Overwhelming for New Users
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is how well it helps track tasks and team progress from start to finish. It’s easy to use once you get familiar with it, and setting it up was quite straightforward for our team. The interface feels organized, and the boards make it simple to plan sprints, assign work, and review progress without much confusion. I use Jira almost every day, and it has a wide range of features — from backlog management to reporting — that cover everything we need for software development. The integrations are another big plus; connecting it with GitHub and Confluence keeps everything in sync, so we don’t have to jump between tools. Whenever we’ve needed help, Jira’s customer support and documentation have been solid and easy to follow. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that keeps our workflow structured and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Jira is that it can feel a bit slow and cluttered, especially when dealing with large projects or a high number of tickets. There are so many settings, menus, and options that it’s easy to get lost at first if you’re new to it. Even simple actions sometimes take a few extra clicks, which can be a little frustrating. The interface could definitely be more responsive and streamlined. Also, there are a lot of different issue types like Task, Story, Bug, Discovery, and more — which makes it a bit confusing in the beginning until you get used to how everything fits together
