What do you like best about the product?
The software allows for IT tickets to be well-organized, tracked, and traceable. In my case, all employees company-wide are able to create an IT ticket through JIRA, by simply sending an email to our "IT help desk." This email then opens a JIRA ticket that is 100% traceable--It shows step-by-step how our team solved a problem, archiving all communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because all communications are made through JIRA, speed of problem-solving is sometimes slowed. Communications must be made through JIRA, in which you need to login to communicate, rather than simply send an email communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has proven very beneficial to have all IT tickets in one place & be completely traceable. On more than one occasion, employees have been able to re-open a ticket to see how a similar issue was solved rather than start problem-solving from scratch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Time consumption is worth the payoff. Yes, it may take longer to communicate within JIRA, rather than just sending emails to colleagues...but problems are solved much more thoroughly & effectively, and greatly decreases the likelihood of a similar problem arising.

What do you like best about the product?
Atlassian JIRA has everything integrated into it - right from Confluence, Bitbucket & Project management. We can create feature branches directly from JIRA task itself which is really amazing. The kind of reports which we get from JIRA helps the higher management to keep a track on the progress of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think so that someone would dislike JIRA ! I am a BIG FAN of JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem in any project is transparency & reports. With JIRA, you can keep a track of every task, get useful reports for your Sprints like - Sprint Burndown chart. Using these tools has really helped the business to be more effective now. We now have a very clear vision of how much work is done & how much is remaining. The biggest advantage is that you don't even need to spend time in creating various reports. You just need to generate them based on various filters available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simply switch to JIRA as it is one-stop-solution for all your needs - source code hosting (Bitbucket), project management (JIRA) & all documents at one place (Confluence).

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, great for managing projects. Amazing ability to install new modules expanding functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
Even to much modules, which tend to make it slow, sometimes the modules don't work together

Agile team management with agile boards, sprint planning and so on

Very useful for agile methodologies I like it as a central repository of user stories & to see where they are at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Structure could be more intuitive, if you have a really long backlog it would be nice if it were easier to navigate/search/categorise.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very nice tool for efficiently opening and managing tasks, tracking progress, reports. It makes agile methodology very easy. Also has bug tracking mechanism where Project managers can easily track the progress of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major really. It helps if it can integrate with other platforms directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has good benefits in agile methodology.

Jura integrates seemlessly with many different crm's and makes it easy for my support team tonescamatebisies directky into my devs sprints

Integration doesn't provide full commutation back and forth between CRM and jira. Can't update status

Support issues/ easily send issue to my dev team

They link with many other devices allowing other teams to send and collaborate on issues

What do you like best about the product?
It's very open and easy to use. It's a very lightweight product and integrates well with other Atlassian offerings, notably Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit too restrictive. I would like to use it for Project / Account Management which requires customization (e.g. changing a label)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it across the whole of IT solving many business problems, too many to list.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of collaboration and customization is insane. Linking tickets together, tagging collaborators, funneling tickets through appropriate pipelines and setting priorities are all out of the box features
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not super user friendly to beginners... can seem a little overwhelming if your org has a super complex setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I previously used JIRA to receive notifications on issues that were popping up on my product and to raise issues on other products with the appropriate engineering teams

Great ticketing system. Highly recommend for internal cross-company ticketing needs.
