What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes it easy to create new issues and has powerful query language
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a backlog reaches a certain size, it becomes difficult to organize (without creating additional sprints)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira for total product management. It helps solve the problem of managing ticket creation and management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that JIRA is very customizable to fit my project management needs. It allows me to apply standard agile and waterfall principles to my team's projects as well as use it for a support ticketing queue. I also love that we can use their APIs to create custom dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more conditional logic that could be applied to our tickets to allow us to properly automatically route to the appropriate members of the teams we support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Many different product teams creating various degrees of product requirement documents. With using JIRA as the infrastructure we've standardized the way we require product managers to capture data and content to allow for a consistent view for our internal customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to track and assign tickets to the development team and get updates from them automatically. On top of that I can integrate my trello to JIRA so that i can share my to-do lists with the marketing department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to search for particular tickets, the sorting is not simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and tasks integration

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps histroy of all git commits for any particular ticket, if ticket is mentioned in git commit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see negatives while using jira till date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bug tracking is much simpler for my team now.

What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility and easy to navigate overall user experience. This made is very quick to learn and further self-train other members of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real issues with the software. Just more so separate softwares for all the different functions.

Production and timelines for current and future campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to incorporate other applications into jira and to really flesh out a story even as tasks go technical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creates a bit of extra work to get to starting a task. If you're doing it right there's layers to get down to the technical task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to help people understand information around them. Being proactive and less reactive. You can more easily trace the pattern of thought and history of why certain ideas came to fruition- a more clear digital trail.

What do you like best about the product?
-It organizes all my customer implementations
-Assigns tickets to the next user seamlessly
-Stores historical tickets so you can reference them in the future
What do you dislike about the product?
- The search feature can be confusing and hard to use
- I usually have to scroll through several tickets to find the one I want
- The filters and queries are confusing. We usually need trainings to learn how to use them
- We tried to use the calendar/timeline feature but it was a complete mess. The visuals were impossible to read and required way too much scrolling and very few people ended up using them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Organizing customer implementations and staying on track with project plan

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have everything at one place. I can communicate with the team in a timely manner through tags, we can track visually the issues and find out when problem arose. It's good that everything is visible, making it very transparent for all of the teams.
The fact that Jira can be connected with so many other apps makes it even easier to use. I also like their own bug tracking for whenever I find something out of place in Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
That every link opens in the same page. That is really annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The transparency between my teams and also from the company towards them. It keeps us all organized in the environment.
