What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Cloud based and accessible from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some workflow such as closing closing bugs requires several clicks, often unnecessary.

Using Jira for Agile software development.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Jira across all kinds of projects - development, design, marketing, content, testing, etc. It was the first and and ended up being the main tool we selected for our app localisations. We created a translations dashboard, where all key statuses were collected on issues depending on every language, on every device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like that the links inside the issues open in the tab. I think there is an extension I tried, but didn't work with either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's useful to see what exactly each developer is working on and how long he's been at it. We have recently started using sprints as well, to help us stay productive on top rising issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's vital to set up the workflow correctly. It is not we felt to changfe the workflow later i.e. from Open to Resolved. I recommend planning well and separating issues by as many projects as you can, so that it's easier to track everything in one dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps the team organized and efficient. Great for team communication and visual representation of work. Increases transparancy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to learn and very difficult to customize. It took quite a bit of time and training to customize to our particular needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication across the team. Increased efficiency. Am able to get the entire team on the same page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a consultant to set you up and to train you and your team.

Customization which is available - workflows, dashboards, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is not as good as it could be for such a large software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between disparate teams. Documentation trails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Contract or otherwise rely on someone with experience in your particular use case when setting it up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that all of our bugs and stories are in one place and also like the integration with salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the old type of interface it could do with a refresh !!

We use this to track all bugs in our software

I would recommend lira to anyone who is looking for bug tracking software it does the job very well.

Its user friendly to create tickets and assign and to resolve
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to clone resolved tickets.
When we do so the resolved version number is uneditable attimes
This is only occassional

To create tickets for code issues assign and resolve development tickets in java application

one major thing in todays generation is mobile, and jira's version is not that intuitive
