Bug tracking jira software
What do you like best about the product?
multiple person can connect and create bug and solve it. In my company we frequently used jira as a bug tracker. We create jira ticket and assign to the valid person to solve. I feel its easy and more convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess initially its complecated who has no k owledge of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its directly assigned to the person to whom we want to explain and which is very convinient.

What do you like best about the product?
Modern software for modern Agile. We use it for all development, business processes, and service request.
What do you dislike about the product?
Portfolio is separate price. Would be nice if they included it within Jira itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid and incremental software and business development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it, best tool for Agile management.
Issue Tracking site - simple but useful
What do you like best about the product?
Web front-end, customization features, hyperlinks to auto login and get you where you need, cookies
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Service on backend seems to be a bit suspect - goes up and down at random
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a place to put bugs instead of just email

Pretty good setup for basic user; I've heard rules in backend can be complicated

What do you like best about the product?
This product is well thought out, supported fully, and mature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me longer than i planned to learn it. I expected less than I received. I'm fully satisfied as I learn more and more.

Internal, customer facing, and external issues.

quick setup, seems pretty straight forward

Hard to reconfigure to do other sorts of projects

Trying to use this as a sort of help desk software. It's been ok, but we'll probably revert to RequestTracker
Best ever tool for Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
All supporting add-ons, easy and user friendly features. good management options. Best tool for sprint retrospectives and issue management. Good customer support. Can be used for customers service and its good in that area too.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike everything is good and as per requirement. UI can be changed a bit to make it more attractive but then again it depends the technology being used to develop tool. If you improve on UI idirectly JIRA add on can be improved on same front as bcz of JIRA limitations JIRA add-on has to be with same UI

project management and many other things with add-ons like sprint retrospectives and issue management

If you want project management and other things at one place use this software and get add-on and manage everything at one place
Project Management with Jira
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of plugins which you can install and increase productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hardly find a free plugin. If you have large team this comes a problem. Because normally Jira itself is npt enough to see big picture in a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started put all issues and tasks into Jira and assing them to developers and stakeholders so we plan see our workforce clearly now. In this way, we plan every individual work time accurately.
Very useful to manage sprints
What do you like best about the product?
Love the backlog and active sprint views. Also enjoy the ability to link stories together, add their dependencies etc
What do you dislike about the product?
The story description section isn't responsive. I use it for story creation and I can't resize the section nor will it resize to fit the browser size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously had trouble syncing from jama story mgmt tool to jira and I love that it can all be managed in one spot.
Jira makes running a sprint easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like having my sprint and being able to filter my tickets and see the backlog.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to actually click edit to edit the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for our sprints to have all our tasks and then pull certain ones in and assign them

I would highly recommend it. JIRA makes workflow a breeze!
Jira is not meant for Designers
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is that it keeps track of projects using descriptions, drag and drop images, tagging, commenting and assigning tasks to other employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that as a designer it is hard to keep track of the whole process. I would love to be able to drag my tasks into different buckets of where they are in the process; in progress, in proofing, finished etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What solution is solving? Jira? I guess it solves project management. It keeps things tracked so people don't forget.
