Highly Useful, Wish Everyone Had Admin Privileges
What do you like best about the product?
Organization of projects and issues is intuitive and useful for team collaboration and crossfunctional collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could create custom fields to make my dashboards and filters more useful. It's frustrating that time in status is not a native field. Sometimes, copying data between issues is not as fast as I would like, and I don't have an Outlook integration to optimize the calendar functioning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA helps track our project implementations and delegate tasks to the engineering and development teams. It also tracks work for reporting purposes to help improve processes

Organising a team and providing transparency to other teams on what we're doing and were tasks are in our process. Also use to track how long it takes us to complete a project, allowing us to set targets to improve and calculate ROI for finance.

Love JIRA!

We're working on many engineering features that will improve our marketing technology and best spend advertiser's campaign dollars. Efficient system to organize tasks for a team

Very straight forward, easy to navigate. Ability to sort with labels is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to search better. Sometimes it's hard to find the ticket if I dont remember the title but I do know the description. It would great if search took that into account as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing priorities of many tasks across different teams in the company and being able to track the progress along with the history of those tickets.
