New user, Loving it!
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of different paths to the functionality I need, so I can get anywhere within the platform from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a business just going through Agile transformation, it's difficult to follow work stream if you're assigned work from a team that you're not a member of. As part of leadership and a specialist, that where most of my work comes from, and it's been confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fully deploying Agile Marketing as a methodology, and Jira makes it possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be intimidated, it's easier and more intuitive than it might seem at the beginning.

What do you like best about the product?
Aggregates all messaging in one thread which is extremely important since half of my company is based on the West coast. Additionally, it is easy to reference / scroll through past conversations to pinpoint details / elements of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Becomes tedious entering / reentering info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our DMPs and designers are on the West Coast and our Marketing team is on the East coast so JIRA provides a single destination for all of our internal production teams to communicate with one another.
Benefits - easy to scroll through conversations to find responses / answers to various questions and campaign details.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can see where everyone is currently, what they're working on, what you need to get done, detail views and big picture views
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to know where everything is when you first start using the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the software to complete Sprints and push new features to development as soon as possible
Jira is an exceptional platform for Bug tracking.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that pretty much everything is customisable : fields, projects, issue type, etc. I like the test rail integration, it helps follow QA effort made on each issue. Same for Jenkins, veryu usefull to follow development per issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product in general is not that easy to use, nothing is really obvious. One example : It is needed to launched the query once before saving a filter, otherwise it won't be saved and nothing will notify you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using JIRA to identify issues with the coding in our app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great platform for bug tracking. Use it!

What do you like best about the product?
I found Jira to be an excellent tool to share my progress on specific weekly tasks with my co-workers
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the features a bit hard to navigate at first, not very intuitive

We use JIRA for evaluating weekly additional tasks and share the results in an end of week meeting.

Integrates well with other features
A little bit confusing if not set up 'just right'

It allows our engineers to prioritize and organize any site issues or suggestions in a way where everyone can know and understand what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor Zendesk integration for support teams - it can be a little cluttered.

Organization of site fixes and improvements and transparency on priority of engineering/product departments.

I like how our teams can organize projects and tasks and keep tabs on our priorities and todos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has a very dated look and feel to it.

It actually helps with our marketing team which we didnt expect. We thought it would only work well for engineers. It helps us manage our team's tasks and prioritize projects

Great for product management
Easy ticket management
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to keep track of my to-do list and hours via tickets. Being able to customize the ticket workflow for different types of tickets and projects is really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hate that outside links don't automatically open in a new window. Too many comment per ticket can make sorting through info very difficult.

Organizing projects and assigning their tickets to various developer resources.
