Great tool for managing my projects

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up different kinds of tickets from bugs to entire epics. Lately the company has been pushing out more frequent updates which is a good change from only a few months ago. I'm glad that they're taking the initiative to make the product better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of their documentation. There have been several times where I've been looking for a particular feature or how to implement a certain kind of ticket with specific restrictions and had a hard time finding information on it. The most recent issue I remember having is a hard time editing a previously created page. There were some updates to the UI for pages but I was unable to find a way to edit a table on my page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing multiple teams each having multiple epics with a large assortment of tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
It is powerful and can be configured to Taylor your workflow exactly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's ability to configure so much makes it a nightmare at times as people get carried away and spend so much time in the tool and forget that their reason for being is way more important than making sure our burn down is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management.

Ability to see a products state all in one place and share that with anyone in the organization.

Make your workflow simple and remember why you are using Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
Notification process, Jira notifies the user when the request is delivered. it also sends a notification when the issue is marked solved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface is too plain. It should contain some guides for a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use it to request assistance from IT technicians. it has helped ease movements to the IT department seeking for assistance.

What do you like best about the product?

You can track the speed of the group by observing BurnDown diagram and you can utilize Jira for discharge administration also.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is exceptionally entangled to arrange every one of the things. Some of activity like erase a sub-assignment just those can do who have administrator get to. Spamming office mail for every single activity I don't feel it's useful.Sometime its make some issue like we can't track the work legitimately and they set aside a great deal opportunity to determine it.Customer bolster should be improve.Auto sing out element after some time interim which I for one don't care for.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see what other employees are working on since we are in different locations. It's great for managing multiple projects, tracking bugs, and keeping all project data in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agile terminology isn't very intuitive. It took quite some time to become familiar with the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects were a mess before. JIRA has helped us get organized, release fixes and improvements weekly (and on time), track multiple projects and bugs at once, and has helped our separate offices collaborate.

Study agile terminology.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to sort out issues into different columns and assign by priority. Also, it is very easy to search by issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you were able to make it custom for your company.

We are solving project management issues. It helps keep track of everything for our product.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy setup and customizable to suit our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the integration with Confluence was a little more seamless. Also the ability to take over someone else's filter or copy it over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking bugs and building out projects to provide timelines to sales and support. Also track development work time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly simple out of the box and integrates with just about everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the back end was not so complicated and wish it was not so complex to configure. I also wish it had a better solution for roadmap management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to better collaborate with remote teams, manage our tasks, estimates, time, and history of work. Also love that it integrates with Sourcetree and makes tagging commits easy in git

Working With JIRA

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of JIRA in my opinion is how well it scales to multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most recent version has added a different user interface for the administering the project roles that I do not like as well as prior versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA helps to not only keep track of necessary work items to be completed, but the status of each item as it goes through the customized kanban board or workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
JIRA is very flexible but has very good support and an awesome forum where questions are answered very quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I am currently using Jira to strealine communication between marketing and design. I love that it keeps us all on the same page and informed!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very intuitive. Extensive training is needed to really get the most out of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal communication and project management
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have marketing and development or design working together, JIRA makes the most sense. Although its not very user friendly, it is very versatile. You just need to learn the tips and tricks.
