Amazing tool

I like how easy it is to tag tickets, and create master tickets, helping categorize everything. The search function works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function could be more specific. Also, this is better for developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as task management and for product management, as well as roadmapping and bug tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great for task management and complex company-wide product management. It is good for documentation and categorizing as well as linking tickets and creating subtickets and master-tickets. This helps with progress and measuring changes and improvements over time, as well as timing.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily allows us to track tickets and bugs in various stages. The filtering is also a great tool for checking in on different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up a workflow for tasks can be difficult, but it becomes easier with practice. Setting up a search for specific types of tasks can be a little tricky, but also become easier with practice.
I also dislike that there can be messages sent via email that are not tracked in the tickets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking bugs was difficult, especially with multiple hand offs. The ability to search Jira for tickets in various stages and assigned to various users is a hugely valuable tool.

Jira- Best PM software
What do you like best about the product?
If you are a PM, then this software is in sync with what you do. It also is one of the best management software in the industry and specially for managing multiple user groups it has become more important to get a software that can work across such teams and still help the PM keep track of the project.

Nothing to dislike, this is simply one of the best software I have ever used.

Enjoyed how well it allowed our agile team to accomplish our sprints and keep track of bugs and tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
There were certain basic features that could’ve been easily implemented but weren’t. Some basic features could’ve helped eliminate some shortfalls with our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We began using JIRA as our primary product management tool. Our company had two separate sprint teams and relied on using JIRA every minute of every day. Even for those not a part of the sprint teams, they still benefited from keep tasks and other projects on pace for success.

I love the easy ways to report bugs, attack videos, and go through the development to QA workflow.

The site can be a little slow sometimes.

An agile system to do AGILE the right way
What do you like best about the product?
The application is robust enough to meet today's requirements for an Agile project. The user interface is clean and easy to understand for a new user

One of the pros for the tool is its flexibility which also could lead to confusion where user is presented with too many of options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As part of our current project, we are using JIRA for all our project requirements and the ease of use has enabled our business partners to be as involved in the day to day project process. This has led to reduction in project cycle time for all our sprints

Product management - user stories help us define the exact scope of work. Workflows gives all stakeholders visibility of the development pipeline.
