What do you like best about the product?
I love Jira's customizable boards for Scrum and Kanban, which include drag-and-drop cards and quick filters that let me view what's important. The powerful JQL is super handy for pulling out any slice of data I need. Automation and smart rules save me a ton of clicks, eliminating manual updates. Integrations with tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack, and GitHub are extensive, and status changes auto-update with commits. Reporting features like burndown, velocity, sprint reports, and cumulative flow diagrams give the team valuable insights. I appreciate Jira's flexibility, whether it's agile boards for devs, bug workflows for QA, or roadmaps for PMs. It really brings order to chaos and keeps everyone on the same page without endless status meetings. The Atlassian Marketplace offers great plugins like Zephyr, Tempo Timesheets, and Structure for extending Jira’s capabilities. Advanced Roadmaps offer a great view for mapping dependencies and aligning releases with milestones. Additionally, Jira's mobile app allows for quick approvals and staying updated on the go. Permissions and security are highly customizable, and SLA management through Jira Service Management is on point. Overall, the integrations and add-ons make Jira feel like a Swiss-knife for managing the entire product lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira's interface can be clunky, with a dense issue view and slow board loading for large projects. Over-customization leads to complexity, making it hard for new joiners. Performance slows with heavy queries or large instances. Built-in reporting feels basic for advanced needs. Non-dev teams face a learning curve with Scrum/Kanban terms. Notifications can overwhelm unless fine-tuned. Add-ons can be pricey, especially for larger teams. Migrating from Server to Cloud can break custom scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps with work visibility, sprint planning, bug tracking, and custom workflows, turning chaos into a single source of truth. I love customizable boards, powerful query language, automation, integrations, and insights, which boost team alignment and efficiency while reducing status meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Jira's customizability! You can tailor boards, workflows, and filters to fit your team's exact needs. Plus, the integrations with other Atlassian tools like Confluence make collaboration a breeze. The customizability in Jira is a game-changer—it lets you mold the tool to your team's workflow, not the other way around. Filters and dashboards make tracking progress super granular. The Atlassian integrations are seamless! Linking Jira with Confluence connects your project tasks with docs and knowledge bases, so info’s always one click away. Bitbucket integration makes managing code repos alongside issues a breeze for dev teams. It’s like having a Swiss Army knife for project management! Jira plays nice with a bunch of tools including Slack, GitHub, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, extending Jira’s power to where your team already works. The initial setup of Jira was pretty smooth, and Atlassian’s docs and community support helped a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira's powerful, but it does have a bit of a learning curve—new users can feel overwhelmed. The UI can feel a tad clunky at times, and some smaller teams might find the pricing a bit steep for the features they need. What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the way it visually organizes tasks, making workflow tracking very intuitive. Ease of implementation is also a positive point, as it adapts well to different teams and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is very comprehensive and has many features, it ends up making the interface a bit complex in some situations. In teams that do not use the system very often, this learning curve can be a challenge. Another point is that some integrations require additional configuration and are not always so simple to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve problems of organization, tracking, and prioritization of demands. Previously, it was difficult to have clear visibility on the progress of tasks and team responsibilities, but with Jira, I can track the entire workflow in a structured way. It improves deadline monitoring, facilitates communication between areas, and ensures a complete record of activity history, which helps in decision-making and the quality of deliveries.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I use Jira for project management, and it helps us manage and track each colleague's progress effectively. I really like the reporting section of the tool as it excites me a lot. We can track various kinds of project-related data and also the status of each team member. The performance data or the burndown data of each member involved is something that really excites me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that Jira is very time-consuming for beginners as it is not user-friendly. The learning part is time-consuming. The tool can be overwhelming as there are too many features and the customization part in the initial setup is daunting, especially for a non-technical user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira for project management, monitoring team progress and preventing miscommunication. The reporting feature excites me, providing detailed project and performance data.

Jira is used in my organization to assign ticket/task to us for bugs in my organisation and most liked thing is we can view task assigned to us and can manage them effectively.we can JQL to filter tasks assigned to us..creating ticket with jira is easy..

It makes difficult for new people to work with Jira and we have to ask help from some people..
