What do you like best about the product?
As a team manager in the software industry, I am always looking for tools that help me organize and manage all our projects efficiently. The perfect solution for us was Jira.

Thanks to its integrated work tracking and bug tracking features, we can keep all our projects organized in a clear and tidy dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be a bit steep, especially for users with no prior experience in project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The wide variety of options for customizing workflows and real-time reports saves us a lot of time and gives us complete control over the progress of our projects, both individually and as a team.

Effortless Team Collaboration with User-Friendly UI

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Jira's ease of use and the user interface. It really helps with team collaboration and reduces silos. I also appreciate how well Jira works with Confluence; we can document requirements in Confluence and easily create work items in Jira. With Rovo, it's simple to extend the work items, create sub-tasks, and link work items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketplace Apps are very expensive. Very small user groups use third-party market apps but the subscription includes all the Jira users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira for team collaboration and reducing silos. It's easy to document requirements in Confluence and create work items in Jira, which simplifies managing sub-tasks and linking work items.

Feature-Rich Project Management with a Learning Curve

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jira offers powerful and flexible project management capabilities, particularly for agile teams handling complex workflows. Despite its depth, once users become familiar with the platform, it supports frequent daily use through reliable issue tracking, Scrum and Kanban boards, and strong automation features. Customizable workflows, dashboards, and reporting improve visibility and consistency across teams. Jira’s seamless integrations with tools like Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Slack reduce context switching and enhance productivity. Over time, Jira becomes an essential, centralized system that teams rely on continuously to plan, track, and deliver work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira’s biggest drawback is its ease of use, especially for new or non-technical users. The learning curve is steep, and initial setup—including workflows, permissions, and custom fields—can be time-consuming. The interface can feel cluttered, making everyday navigation less intuitive, particularly for users who access Jira frequently throughout the day. Performance issues may arise in larger or heavily customized instances, and excessive configuration can make long-term maintenance challenging. Additionally, costs can scale quickly, and customer support and documentation are sometimes inconsistent for advanced use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira addresses the challenge of tracking work, priorities, and progress across teams by providing a structured and transparent system. It centralizes tasks, bugs, and requests in one place, ensuring nothing is lost in emails or chat conversations. Clear ownership, statuses, and deadlines improve visibility and accountability. This benefits me by streamlining collaboration and coordination—especially in agile environments—making it easier to plan sprints, manage backlogs, track work end to end, and deliver projects on time with fewer miscommunications

I like that Jira is very easy to use, which makes it straightforward for handling project management tasks. I appreciate its amazing linking abilities with Confluence and other tools, which enhance its functionality. I also find it beneficial for agile software development. The initial setup was very easy, and because of all these reasons, I would highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some minor bugs which jira needs to fix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira to prioritize bugs and enhancements with tickets, and it's very easy to use with great linking abilities to Confluence and other tools.

Exceptional Project Structuring and Team Alignment

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is how well it structures complex work. It gives clear visibility of tasks, priorities, dependencies, and progress, which makes managing projects and tracking issues much more disciplined. Once set up properly, it’s very powerful for keeping teams aligned and accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Jira is that it can feel overly complex and heavy, especially for smaller teams or simple projects. The learning curve is steep, and workflows often need constant tweaking to stay usable. It can also become cluttered with too many fields, statuses, and tickets, which sometimes slows things down instead of helping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the problem of managing complex work across multiple people, priorities, and timelines in a structured way. It provides a single source of truth for tasks, bugs, and progress, reducing ambiguity and miscommunication. For me, this means better visibility, clearer accountability, and easier coordination—especially when projects involve many stakeholders and frequent changes.

Intuitive UI, Boosts Team Collaboration

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Jira for its user-friendly UI and UX, which are eye-catching and visually appealing. It makes creating Jira tickets and managing the software timeline straightforward. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up Jira, as it is both developer and user-friendly, which was a significant advantage after switching from Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think adding more than one person to a single ticket is a feature I'd like. It would be great if I, along with others working on a task, could all be added as assignees to a single ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira for creating tickets and it solves issues around feasibility, visibility, and streamlining team processes.

Efficient Tracking with Customizable Features

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the aging of tickets feature, the ability to create dashboards, and the multiple filter capability in Jira. It helps me track my work efficiently and provides great leadership insights with project visibility at both the lowest and highest levels. It increases my team's ability to report data, capture incomplete work, and ensure that the work gets done. Setting up Jira was easy, as it allowed us to create status workflows, maintain the breakdown of different ticket types, and set up multiple boards within a project to define multiple agile teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I definitely think Jira could improve by adding the ability to add more custom themes. Maybe it could also offer the ability to integrate with Figma as a prototype tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira to track tickets, provide traceability, efficiently track my work, and gain project visibility. Its features, like aging tickets and dashboards, enhance team reporting, capture incomplete work, and ensure task completion.
