What do you like best about the product?
Since each project is interested in tracking different attributes, I like the customization available for each project i.e., workflow and custom fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding where to make a change to the customization can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track tickets with ease. Customizing what each project cares to track is important in a tool such as this.

It is just not a good project management tool. It is hard to keep track of projects and status.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dont use this if you are looking for a marketing project management tool. Tasks get lost and its hard to keep track of what is going on

Atlassian JIRA is a good product for a bug tracking and process organization.

Too heavy for big projects with big stories

I like how simple it is to share with my colleagues. It helps my project management immensely.

I don't like how complicated it can be to create dashboards.

Use the HTML version (versus text) when writing comments. It always looks cleaner and better in the end.

Can see all my open & closed bugs, I can also share items with teem members

Would like more filters options also, the layout could use improvement

Can always see if the bug that i have opened was really closed or not.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking development stories and creating Kanban boards is great. Can be linked with Crucible and Git.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slowness. Many times the whole website goes down or has issues with updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting and tracking projects and development stories, and defects.
