Reliable and easy to use ticketing software

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and maintain. Ability to have Kanban & Scrum boards, and different reporting options are great. Learning / support tools are very easy to find and they are comprehensive. One of the easiest tools I've used, and it's easily adaptable for small or big teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Similar to Confluence - load can be slow at times, and server time out are happening more than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our whole scrum planning & execution relies on JIRA, and it's apparent we do not need many other tools to get everything accomplished. There is transparency in terms of workload, and everyone is aware of what needs to get done.

There’s honestly nothing I don’t like, maybe the fact that I wish we had used it sooner?

What do you like best about the product?
The notification and watcher system makes it easy to stay on top of tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we took better advantage of the voting system so the right tickets were better prioritized.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of this product has allowed us to use it in many different areas of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few of odd bug-a-boos that remain unaddressed by Atlassian for years; small gripes that will forever frustrate Jira administrators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira provides excellent management of the development lifecycle. Bolt on the additional Atlassian tools and you have EVERYTHING a development shop needs. The flexibility of the product allows you to manage workflows in other areas of the business too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Strongly consider using the Cloud-based offerings - simply your life.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Enables agile / sprint development
2. Allows variety of team members to input feature requests
3. Provides very intuitive structure for organizing "stories" into "epics"
What do you dislike about the product?
We really like this software. We've been using if for 3 months and have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We wanted to speed up our development and make it more market responsive
2. Wanted more team engagement in the vetting process
3. We wanted to break our larger efforts (now called "epics") up into manageable small pieces (called "stories")

Just Works

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to flip into "developer mode" and use a big list, or export tasks as CSV, but lets managers use board based drag and drop. iOS apps are great and recent SSO makes switching teams really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The keyboard shortcuts in the web client are easy to hit by accident, I keep assigning things to myself!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Validation of requirements and tight links to Confluence design proposals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do things the way the intend, don't try and bend it to existing processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is easy to use and you can create multiple boards and add many filters to make the board show the data you need and want. The ease of changing from one board to another and submitting issue is a breeze. Looking up what cases that are active and which ones need attention is easy when you have the rules set in place to display on a certain filter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Submitting issues used to be a lot easier and the Jira connect has been acting up lately
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps us keep track of developmental issues and new improvements that we would like to implement into our system

Things i like
* Jira Cloud
* Kanban Board
* Scrum Board
What do you dislike about the product?
The jira cloud is slow. i had numerous request submitted to them still they couldn't figure out what's the problem. The complexity of setting up a custom workflow. Issues status is not showing resolved even though when we move in to completed or done column
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using it for managing couple of our projects. The overall need has been fulfilled. The issue tracking has been easy. Reports have been satisfactory. Bitbucket integration has made the life easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you can live up to the complexity of setting up and slowness of jira cloud. you can consider it.

What do you like best about the product?
The traceability with technical tasks, the ease of use to customize for an agile environment - I rave about this tool to all my co-workers that haven't adapted yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customization can be a bit cumbersome for the filtering - but once it's setup and you understand, it typically is not hard to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agile environment transition / user stories / epics, etc. The benefit is traceability and pulling reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ability to customize and filter - love it! Dev technical tasks were great to add and tie back to user stories.
