Best agile software
What do you like best about the product?
It's awesome to use and easy...no software can beat JIRA
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, sometimes navigating pages is painful, if you don't remember the path

The software has been used for teaching agile to management students

What do you like best about the product?
One can track the tasks assigned to them. with great ease.
Easy to interact about a task. EAsy to get into the task for bug fixes and report it to the higher level through the spontaneous notifications. Thus keeping our application to up to date and push it to our production server.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel JIRA should be easy to afford for small businesses like the vendor company i am working for. Should be able to Advertise the application if it critical with a periodic notifications. Need to take the help of my co employee who is an JIRA expert, in finding a tool which i require. So much of documentation, if provided with video tutorials, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task tracking, jobs fulfillment status, and Tasks priority. Keeping the upto date of documentation progressing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, Sure will recommend to the friends and colleagues and vendor companies. Need to explore on JIRA tools more so that it will be easy to recommend the colleagues.

userfriendly UI, userfriendly Admin, Many help online, Nice and fast support

can be more fast on loading pages. Cost can be lower. More free plugins for cloud

All task in one place. Easy planing of the teams. Easy search in old tickets and projects
I use it everyday, would be in trouble without it!

Even though there are many customization options, it can be a bit hard to set up. Needed a coworker to help me with this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us manage multiple projects and tickets we have in our digital marketing agency. Work goes smoothly thanks to this. It would be so hard to keep track of everything without Jira
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For our small team it works but make sure you have someone who can help you implement it as it can be a bit complicated to set up. You also have to be organized when using the tool.
Great tool for issue tracking and sprint planning
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to plan sprints whether that's through a Sprint board or Kanban board. It allows everyone in the organisation to track all development, seeing what stage it's currently at which is good for clarity and understanding where the team is at.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design and layout could be improved, for instance a modal popping out constantly is not ideal. More options for project management would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily report issues, and plan them into sprints based on their story point worth. During sprints team members can track progress directly.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and editing capabilities. We use Jira to communicate bug issues with developers and it is easy to do so with Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comment capabilities. Sometimes it is difficult for me to add attachments or edit the text when writing a ticket or comment.

We communicate with jira through several offices and this platform allows us to do so successfully.
Efficient tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
We use JIRA for task allocations in project. QA team using JIRA for tracking bugs. So we complete our task and they directly report bugs on that. Best tool for bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many more functionality for project management can be included.

What do you like best about the product?
Great prioritization/communication tool that allows for multi-user visibility of work. Kanban board helps all teams track progress of their tasks. We also use it to work with overseas employees and can receive updates on tasks throughout the day and night.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is not intuitive enough for non-technical personnel and can lead to increase confusion. Sometimes JIRA also has bugs that interrupt flow of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, organization, and visibility of task - we solve for the cross communication issues with development and non-development teams.

User training is important and should be improved among non-technical people.

JIRA makes it really easy to manage, watch, and collaborate on tasks within teams, as well as cross functionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not easy to search the database to find what you’re looking for. Perhaps our instance is just unorganized, but the search functions in JIRA don’t make it easier.

Great Software for Bug Management
What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve is not too steep for new users but the product has enough functionality for self-service deep customization
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality can take some time getting used to especially if you don't have a technical background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to centrally manage updates on bugs, issues and requests between teams that allow for cross-functional collaboration but also siloed in-team management of bugs and tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for any size company. SMB or Enterprise. Most of the functionality is straightforward and easy to learn.
