What do you like best about the product?
Ease of collaborating with the team, linking defects, and integrating with Product Management.

I've been really happy with it. No complaints.

Can be a bit difficult to understand at first.

Issue tracking, project management. We can keep a track of our project timeline easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira allows you the ability to track tasks in a very clear way.
It also always for change control and allows you to change what ever you need with visibility to other team members

Some of the pluses can be disadvantages , like to option to leave comments. It can develop a prolong discussion which takes the original JIRA away from original target

change control. visibility to all team members. easy tracking on on tasks. easy management of releases
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very effective tools managing the release workflow and following different tasks with ability to create follow up tasks and having summaries

What do you like best about the product?
the simplisity of emailing the system to generate a ticket. Most other software you need to login, create a ticket with detail instruction. With my experience with JIRA, you simple write an email to a general address include the specifics in the subject line and your ticket is generated in the right queue automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
the website does take a long time to load - loading up now to take picture took about 3 minutes. When you think about how fast programs/websites work these days 3 minutes seems like an extremely long time for a product to load up for. . I think visually it could use an upgrade - find it a but outdated. When logged in the interface is a bit overwhelming, alot of options, alot of tabs alot of everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving everyday day tasks. errors on the website that need to be fixed, requesting of documents, implementation of campaigns. pretty much everything. IT related inquiries
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read up on how to use it. Had manuals been shared in advance i think i would of been a bit more prepared to use the product.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very flexible, you may create the task types, statuses you want. Also there are lots of plugins that could be easily integrated with your account and be used there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices of some plugins are too high. Also it's hard for new users to understand all the processes and boards that Jira provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have all the company-wide tasks in one place and in a organized way.
Great for Service Desks
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of assigning new cases, commenting on cases and referring back to old tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can look messy at times but it does the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to search for anything that has been inputted, you can search for anything even if its a word within an article or a case, it will display the results you need. I had an issue with dynamics 365 showing limited results and ten having to manually find what I need each time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once again if your company is not Microsoft orientated then Jira is the one for you, I have been using Jira for less than an week and can already navigate with ease. Connecting with customers has never been easier.

For an agile based project, Jira comes handy to plan,create and track tasks. Issues during QA and UAT testing are easy to raise and track.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to be accustomed to all the stages of a task.
