Very easy to use. Little to no training required.

What do you like best about the product?
JIra can be customized to fit most of our needs. The pricing is in line with comparable software and the number of extensions is impressive
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration module is not very intuitive. I've worked with other collaboration systems and the find the workflow difficult to configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling dev teams tasks and centralizing information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Map out you needs and requirements before hand. Understand your work flow and test the processes in a sandbox. Train users on the front end.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is one of the application in which you can record your bug and keep track of bugs within team. we can video record also for bug recording. developers can directly see the bug and start resolve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many more functionality like git hub can be added like project sharing version controlling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To report issues and bugs within team. we are keeping track of bugs of product on JIRA. We can assign different task aslo in JIRA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Team leader can easily assign day to day task to team. team can enter or report all the issues and bugs within jira. developer can see the reported bugs. and start resoling it. update our day to day task on JIRA. It keep tracks of all bugs and task within the team. easy to use. very user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes it really easy to keep track of bugs or other issues. There's even a Jira Mobile app to access Jira from your cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users find it difficult to learn to use. The mobile app doesn't have all the functionality of the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our software development team uses Jira to keep track of bugs and bug fixes. We also use it to issue tickets for IT support. Its easy to see progress on an issue especially when someone is out. We have saved lots of time using JIRA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its industry standard software for project management, issue tracking and bugs. Its a little more expensive than the competitors but its definitely worth the extra cost.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see bugs and tasks and stories per department and having that ability to sort. I also like being able to search for them by many different criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not having functionality to sort by most recent. Sometimes I post something and I forget the name, but I remember I posted it yesterday. That would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am tracking my team’s progress and looking at bugs that the team encounters. I work with another product manager to see where developers are blocked and work on finding a solution.

It has its limitations and sometimes makes it hard to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using JIRA to manage scrum and it is useful as a tool but not as a Premier means of sharing formation.
