What do you like best about the product?
Learning Jira was easy. Easy and clean UI, made learning it simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again I'm a novice user (3 months) so I don't see anything I dislike really, I enjoy using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Escalations to our QA and Dev teams to find out how to update customers on their escalated cases. It's helpful to actually see the progress of a case.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to add any fields, screens, workflows, dashboards, and scrum and kanban boards, plus the ability to display Jira tickets on Confluence wiki pages - and to bulk-edit any tickets at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen layouts are not as flexible as they could be. Some fields must be located in certain places on screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects are being managed. Risks / Issues / Change Requests / Deliverables / Actions / Decisions are all well managed through their lifecycles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira is one of the leading Service Desk and Workflow management apps out there. It should definitely be in the "top five" of your possible choices.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the perfect tool to manage projects, especially scrum or kanban or a simple to do list.
You can customize the tasks with some fields that can complete the information of the ticket that you have created. Another important feature is the workflow that allows you to customize you all the flow that your task has to follow. Notification, the opportunity to customize permissions are an important plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so easy to understand how to customize all elements inside the platform. We are using a cloud solution, so it changes a lot and sometimes they are not well notified. The increasing of the cost was a bad point that all the companies had to face on.
The search is not the best, and not so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First at all, collect and manage all the projects in a single tool.
You can create the project, assign tasks and follow the flow through the kanban board. Adding comments, and attachments to the single task mean that you can take in your hand your colleague's project without going lost in a lot of emails and documents spread out everywhere.
It helps a lot the collaboration.

The features such as Calendar, Reports extraction on different basis, many roles and permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far in the three years of usage.

Multiple benefits like reports extraction and time management.

What do you like best about the product?
Its web-based, no install. you can save favourite filtered lists, create you own forms
What do you dislike about the product?
( of course this may be our implementation )...I find it very complicated, I have no idea where to find things and there are so many labels and tags to use its really difficult to prioritise work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
prioritizing new s/w feature requests and assigning to developers for delivery in sprints
Recommendations to others considering the product:
don't go over the top, think about the core problem you are trying to solve and do not fall for all the issues that can be resolved that you did not know you had. Keep it simple

What do you like best about the product?
This product is very easy to use compared to Zoho and has a very nice interface with the new theme
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now is felt which is disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage our internal task, basically sales and customer service and product update
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If anyone faces difficulty in using ZOHO then can switch to JIRA.

What do you like best about the product?
It wasn't that hard to learn to use, and lets members of my team log and collaborate on bugs/tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The power user features seem much harder to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets everyone see what everyone else is working on and where different tasks stand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The kanban boards make things easier to deal with.
