Business Development Professional Tracking Software Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep track of software team's progress, good for managing multiple product R&D
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't fully understand all of the details, but I mostly need it to see updates and estimated completion times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps the software team collaborate, as business development I like to check on progress of future product deployment

For me it's really just to check on feature and product deployment

The best ticketing tool ever!
What do you like best about the product?
You could simply drag and drop attachments, enter a syntax using the code option. You could also enter tables just by following the format. The option for ticket linking/relating has also been very useful as you'll see all issues related to what you are working on. You could also set a ticket and tag it as a pre-requisite for other related/linked ticket. It could also be integrated to other chat/messaging tools such as HipChat and Slack which is way very useful, imagine getting notified on slack for specific tickets that you need to watch or keep an eye on. It could also send a broadcast on your messaging/chat app for specific opened tickets, this would be useful for urgent tickets that needs to be handled by the team like urgent code deployments, and codes that need urgent test/QA.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had anything in JIRA that I don't like so far. This ticketing tool simply get the job done, it serves its purpose pretty well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly Technical issues, Bugs, Deployments, code developments, even hardware issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore JIRA and you'll be amazed on the things that this ticketing tool has to offer. Ease of access, very easy to learn but is still full of potential to grow.

JIRA allows you to collaborate with your team to determine what needs to be done to get to the end deliverable product.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA is a really really diverse tool that has many features that most teams will not have the knowledge to implement. Finding features that work for your team and customizing your board is not very easy

Agile project management tools that are adaptable and customization for each project.

What do you like best about the product?
Data mining made is made simple; the JQL query editor is a very simplified version of SQL. It allows you to search for issues, tasks, stories and epics etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is sometimes inaccurate. Anomalies are regularly found

JIRA allows us to pull reports for sprint planning. It provides us the various velocities for teams as well as sprint burn down charts.

The fact that JIRA allows you to communicate with colleagues and check off tasks you have completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple pages to keep track of. It was difficult to keep switching between pages and tasks as this was rather challenging even when using multiple screens. The website would also crash sometimes which was very inconvenient when entering in bugs or trying to respond to questions. The software is very useful but there still remains some areas for improvement. I would highly recommend JIRA as it is very user-friendly. and

Dashboard is bit less user friendly. Tracking the of tickets based on broad classification is limited

Issues reporting and bug tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is best used application for reporting bugs and keep track of it. Issues reporting and and dev team can resolve issues on the bases of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many more functionality like SVN can be implemented for project management.

reports bugs or issues in product and keep track of it. we can records all bug in software. assign task also in JIRA. so team member can work on different task easily.

Team leaders can assign task to team members. while working team member can reports bugs or issues. dev team will work on solution on the bases of that. easy to use application.
Highly Useful System for Task Coordination and Completion
What do you like best about the product?
I like that JIRA enables me to submit an issue for review by other team members along with all of the necessary materials for reference and provides a focused area for followup discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the interface could be more user friendly and/or aesthetically pleasing in that I had some initial difficulty locating projects that I needed to work on, but overall I have no issues with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a program team member, JIRA allows us to submit updates to our IPS team so they can implement changes in an efficient and timely manner. We are also able to resolve issues much more easily than through long, confusing e-mail chains.
