What do you like best about the product?
Great for management of issues that come in that need to be fixed on our digital platform

Hard to click through all of the steps and buttons in the process

Fixing online problems through Connect MCGraw HIll

What do you like best about the product?
I used Jira only during a project. I liked. Simple but useful. It is oriented to be used with SCRUM methodology.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be something more flexible. I think in later versions if they have given more flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system was used for a project that managed different issues related to the environment. For example, irrigation management in Andalusia.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple and easy to track and having so many features to establish the perfomance
What do you dislike about the product?
However i don't have any special reason to dislike it but yes so many times i did not found assigned project on my bucket
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are putting all kind of issue/opportunities registered in Jira so that anybody can check the status and update on project

The best ticketing tool

What do you like best about the product?
This ticketing tool is worth it. It complies with ITIL standards. It is quite simple and intuitive. Additionally, it is quite customizable to our liking by creating dashboards, views, etc. If you are thinking about changing your ticketing tool for your company and for managing internal projects, this is your tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps when it comes to creating filters to search for an incident, it takes a bit of getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All incidents in my company go through JIRA. Additionally, each employee has one or more internal projects assigned, and this tool allows for the tracking and documentation of them.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality allowing information to sync back to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The presentation and poor user ease. But
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product Management - JIRA allows our business to track how long implementation and migration projects take to complete vs budjeted hours. We also use for bug tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to create tasks, assign people and describe what you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite complex when you receive multiple emails after an update.
Looks like a labyrinthine system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I open a ticket when we find an issue during the implementation. JIRA allows me to follow, prioritize and communicate with the client regarding this.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes it much easier to organize progress and details for our tickets for bugs, software improvements, and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to search and find a ticket that I've created. The UX doesn't seem intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira to organize the details between our software developers and the sales/customer success team.
