Useful bit a little unclear
What do you like best about the product?
All the functionality that you'd expect is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the functionality is all there, it is a little difficult to find the exact function that you need, such as exporting data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management. It is very easy to use the Kanban board.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may be useful for project management. But that is really up to you and your specific use case.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA can be used to create and estimate stories, build a sprint backlog, and identify team commitments and velocity. I can create simple workflows to run a project while individual users add content and work with issues within a sprint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people prefer physical boards instead of online tools like JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating custom workflows to improve efficiency and transparency.
Nice to organize but a little bit complex
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can schedule tasks with co-workers, the time that you have stimated for it and the time you have spent. It's easy to follow everyone's work and helps to organize better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't update properly, or if two persons are editing a task at the same time it tends to fail. I suppose that it's a normal thing, but I feel that sometimes is complex to use, at least for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it at work to compute the hours we spend in a task and to organize with all the co-workers so we don't exceed the stimated time for the task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a nice tool to organize tasks with co-workers and helps to follow how is it going and the hours spent on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes your team agile by easily creating and estimating stories, building sprint backlogs, and identifying team commitments and velocity. It is perfect for creating simple agile workflows for small companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows can be complex. There's a big ramp up time and large learning curve, therefore teams are not incentivized to change their process. Also, sometimes teams may prefer a physical card wall instead of using Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA is enhancing productivity, visibility, and reporting. Our team has managed to develop a tailored workflow to boost efficiency and transparency.
Necessary for our business
What do you like best about the product?
I love Jira for our business, it's an amazing project management software. Atlassian is an amazing company. We are on Jira cloud with a few add ons. Our team is able to manage their sprints, and to have visibility into the time of their team. It allows me to run reports on a host of things, and everyone loves customizing their layouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tempo-an add on-doesn't allow me to run a report on Epics so I have to download all info and run a pivot tbale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, utilization. Benefits are a streamlined team effort to projects and visibiity into client work at any given time.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how robust, yet simple JIRA's platform is. The system's team churned out all kinds of agile/scrum-aligned modalities to track project completion that work well across industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that more widgets aren't available out of the box when you start.

Use it to track projects and complete deliverables on time.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) when compared with Agilecraft or HP ALM ,i don't see anything big negative in JIRA

Dashboard helps our client to see the status of the entire application,different teams ( feature team,production support,quality control,User acceptance team) all in one place.

Learn all aspects of the product, especially the pipeline tools
