Streamlined Task Management, Room for UI Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that with Jira, I can create dashboards and set priorities for different tickets, like those of high importance. I appreciate having fields that indicate the status of items in development or test environments and the ability to mark tickets as blocked by certain reasons. These features make it easy for me to document everything in one place, check what's happening in the organization, and ensure we have evidence of our activities. Jira's capability to assign priorities helps my incident team to address urgent tickets first based on their severity and impact. I also find it very helpful, as it aligns well with the service level agreements we have with customers. The initial setup was quite easy, and I would recommend Jira 10 out of 10 because it's a great and very helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess there is always room for improvement. Like, the UI can be improved. It is sort of an old UI. So in my opinion. Yeah, it is very outdated. Seems to be very outdated. If we can integrate AI that does some of the work automatically, that's how we can improve it. As the world is changing and revolving around AI, we can use that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira to have everything in place for documenting changes and incidents. It solves the problem of organization by allowing us to document and track all steps and evidence.

Great Task Tracking and Workflow Visibility for Teams

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to keep track of the tasks on hand and assign or share tasks to teammates.
It also helps to keep visibility of the workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to create new topics.
The menus can be hard to understand without clicking all over the place.
The framework is so complete that I find hard to understand where to find the correct button/menu to for example create new Epics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is essential to distribute the work within the team.
I find it very relevant to be able to keep track of past work/tasks done in the past.

Robust Project Management with Easy Search and Smooth Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like Jira's searching feature where I can search for things very easily, and I get all the required updates. This keeps me always on top of my project and helps track how resources are functioning. Also, the initial setup was very easy because the guidance was there, making the process smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it is a bit slow. That's the only, only thing I can think of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira makes project management manageable by clearly indicating who is the reporter and assignee, task location, and status. The searching feature is great for easily finding things and staying updated, which helps me stay on top of my projects and resources.

UI/UX:
1. For issue tracking it has clean interface.
2. Sometimes it will be too much for beginners as options are too much

The overall UX could be improved. There are a lot of good but low discoverability tools that it has.

What do you like best about the product?
It's how it keeps everything organized in one place. Easy to create and track tasks, and the boards make it simple to see what’s going on at a glance. Helps a lot when working with a team, especially to avoid confusion. Also like how it can be customized to fit different workflows, so it doesn’t feel too rigid.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially for new users. The interface isn’t always the most intuitive, and simple things can take a few extra clicks. It can also get slow or laggy when projects get bigger. Setting things up or customizing workflows sometimes feels more complicated than it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps solve the mess of managing tasks across teams and projects. Everything in one place instead of scattered chats or spreadsheets. Makes it easy to track who’s doing what, what’s pending, and what’s blocked. That visibility helps avoid confusion and missed work. Also useful for planning sprints and keeping things on schedule. Overall, it just keeps work structured and easier to manage day to day.
