Intuitive Design, But Complex UI for Developers
What do you like best about the product?
I find Jira's design intuitive and the UI quite understandable and usable without any predefining. I appreciate their generous free pricing for teams with less than 10 members, making it accessible and cost-effective. I also admire the ease of configuring team members and the remarkable automation process, which stands out compared to other vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface of Jira quite complex for a developer to manage. There are many things happening on the screen, which can be overwhelming. It would be beneficial if Jira allowed configuration of the interface to make it simpler, or if it was simplified by default. Additionally, the migration process was difficult because there is no interoperability between Jira and monday.com, leading to a time-consuming and challenging manual import process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Jira intuitive with easy team configuration and remarkable automation, offering generous free access for small teams, and eliminating management hassles.
