My QuickBase experience
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, and all the necessary information can be easily found, especially when it comes to attendance needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I disliked was every time I am going to click the end shift of daily attendance; it always took time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage to handle a large volume of users. Because every time that I click the end shift, it always takes time.

Quickbase is an easy software tool that will guide you with problem-solving methods that can be connected to all your business solutions in real time.

Quickbase will be easier if you use specific keywords to find your solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can put all my data in one place, work together in one centralized area and solve my issues.
I use QuickBase for a variety of tracking and reporting purposes

QuickBase provides a convenient and efficient way to track a wide variety of information, from monitoring employee progress to providing streamlined information regarding staff needs

When an app is not used frequently it is dropped from the "My Apps" page and can be difficult to find.

QuickBase provides an easy to use platform to track and document a wide variety of information

Quickbase is user-friendly and allows for a plethora of data to be well-shared and presented.

I wish I to become more of an app developer.

Quickbase is extremely helping in being a one-stop-shop for project information, rather than previously utilizing multiple data sources, which has helped optimize workflow.

Central and controlled spot for everything.

Access for those outside my organisation is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a central location for HR, SHEQ and project management tools. Can guide the input of data to reduce errors and know it is up to date.
It is a platform that helps to deploy in a very easy and fast way.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Qualtrics, the limits is you imagination. If you can define the model and the solution, then you will be able to create it in a fast way with a lot of flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one thing that Quickbase have not solved, when you create a relationship, you can´t use a formula field as a related fied for the relation. This could a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory, payroll for our sales team, ticketing and kanban project management, CMDB and everything that previous quickbase relies on a spreadsheets disconected.

Nothing, everything works great. I have not had any kind of problem using it since everything is organized in an ideal way, I haven't had any kind of problem so far.

Quickbase has solved the problem of organizing company information, since we have all the information we need in one place. We have had a better use of time, having everything organized
Totally customizable for our business structure
What do you like best about the product?
We built our Quickbase program around our business model, connecting each field to the other. Love it in organizing projects, their progression, employees time on projects, through to billing and receipt of invoice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything I dislike about QuickBase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Starting a project and creating tasks, following it from beginning to end, helping everyone involved know when it is ready for their department to become involved, and having reports for managers to review and quickly respond to issues.
Quickbase is great for process focused non-technical builders
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is easy for a process focused non-technical person to learn to build simple apps, and for a semi-technical person to learn to build complex apps. Quickbase's support team is very responsive and incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase doesn't have functionality for signature capture or document creation built in, so we had to get third-party plugins for those features.
Some functionality is slightly inconsistent between using Quickbase in a desktop browser and in the Quickbase mobile app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Quickbase for contact management, bid tracking, project management, and construction field reporting. Quickbas is primarily solving the problem of field-to-office paper flow by making all of our field reporting digital. It improves the frequency of reporting and increases the accuracy of reports and time to resolution for time sensitive field issues.
