Great Templates and Custom Dashboards, but Occasional Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the template looks, and I also appreciate that we can customize the dashboard to fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not sure if this is a Quickbase-wide issue, but sometimes when I click a button, it just brings me back to the same place, creating a circular loop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our data in one place helps us work more efficiently, making it easier and faster to find the specific information we need.

What do you like best about the product?
I like working with table-to-table relationships and pipelines, and I especially enjoy playing with APIs and Jinja within pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports load very slowly. I know the reason is the fields—especially calculated fields—which can make everything slow, and I really don’t like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at Accenture, and I’ve seen how it helps across many domains, such as ticketing management tools, sales orders, and attendance tracking. It benefits clients by reducing the amount of work they need to do, while also giving them more insights.
Versatile Tool for Building Any Business App

Its really versatile for any business tool i would like to build

Changes in UI are a little tough to make, else going the codepage option exposes some confidential information

Easy to build an app with someone who don't have extensive coding knowledge

QuickBase is powerful, but it can feel limiting when handling complex workflows, advanced integrations, or large datasets without heavy customization. Additionally, performance can slow down and the UI/UX can feel outdated compared to more modern platforms.

QuickBase helps solve issues around manual data tracking, disconnected systems, and inefficient workflows by centralizing data and automating processes. This has improved accuracy, reduced manual effort, and allowed faster, more data-driven decision-making.
Effective Portfolio Management but Data Issues Persist
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Quickbase offers a consolidated platform where I can access all my deals in one place. It means I don't have to switch between different data systems when managing separate assets. Also, I found the initial setup of Quickbase to be easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is opaque, and often incorrect. Hard to validate where items are pulling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Quickbase to manage assets at the portfolio level, providing a consolidated platform where I can access all of my deals without needing to switch between data systems.

There is nothing bad I would say about quickbase.

This site is helping my company stay organized with maintaining logistic orders with our vendors.
Automates Processes and Reduces Errors
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Quickbase for automating manual processes into a structured database. The best feature is the pipelines, which helped create rich text reporting and custom reports. The initial setup was easy, thanks to the very good Quickbase ICs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could export the document template into Excel. Right now, we can only export it to Word, HTML, and PDF, which makes the formatting look weird.

I use Quickbase for automating manual processes into a structured database, reducing human error, form formatting, and reporting issues.
Rock-Solid Quickbase for Managing Custom Orders with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase has allowed us to handle our custom orders with ease. The app has been very solid and no downtime at all. We had moved from Excel to quickbase and was able to integrate all of our contacts and data needed. We have used Quickbase daily and it's proven it's usefulness.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. We've been using it for a few years now and haven't gotten any issues as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our need for having a dispatch sheet for our orders that can quickly communicate with our carriers and our team. Quickbase helped us input an order and automatically schedule the delivery with a carrier. Something excel did not do for us in the past.
