Best CNAPP with full visibility and Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I liked their shift left security with hacker's intelligence. And after using their platform our cloud assets are more secure and compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had personally used their platform for more than a year, and still there is no major dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pingsafe's CNAPP gave us full visibility or our cloud assets and updated prior to any actual threat happens.

What do you like best about the product?
PingSafe’s CNAPP is awesome, and I am saying this because of its threat detection capabilities even in early stages. And this saved us a lot of time and money. I liked their security platform above any other solutions because our cloud resources are super secure under its umbrella.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using PingSafe for a year now, I have not found any major dislike or negatives in its performance. In fact in some cases it outperformed and amazed us by its visual hacker’s graph.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their CNAPP has been beneficial in identifying and blocking attempted Credential leaks, reducing our risk of data loss. Furthermore, by providing 100% visibility into our security landscape, PingSafe has enabled us to gain a better understanding of our cloud security status.

If I had to pinpoint what I like best about PingSafe, it would definitely be its intuitive and
straightforward user interface. No matter the complexity of the task, PingSafe breaks it down
into easily navigable steps. Its thoughtful design fosters an inclusive environment where even
those with minimal technical expertise can confidently interact with the system. It’s a refreshing

It's challenging to identify any dislikes about PingSafe, considering how much it has transformed
our cybersecurity landscape. One minor suggestion though would be to make the feature
overview slightly more streamlined. While the wide range of features is much appreciated, a
simpler introduction or guide would be beneficial for new users.

False positives were a major challenge with our previous security solution. The countless hours
spent investigating these non-issues severely hampered our productivity. With PingSafe, these
false alarms have decreased dramatically, allowing our team to channel their energy and time
into tackling real threats and advancing our organizational goals.

What I like best about PingSafe is its ability to detect cloud misconfigurations and provide actionable recommendations for addressing them. We hardly have any concerns with PingSSafe as the support team quickly and efficiently resolves any issues we encounter.

Initially, we integrated PingSafe to help us address cloud misconfigurations and to scan for secrets. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we quickly realized that the tool could secure not just our containers but all our cloud resources as well. Since using PingSafe, we have seen its effectiveness in identifying and resolving issues promptly across all our cloud environments. We have also discovered vulnerabilities we were unaware of, making the platform even more valuable to our organization.

Within just a few minutes, my cloud environment was scanned, and results started to populate in the dashboard, making the entire process a breeze. PingSafe's ability to pinpoint vulnerabilities accurately and provide clear, actionable insights without any unnecessary clutter or distractions is another great feature.

One aspect of PingSafe that I like best is the new Kubernetes cluster graphs feature. The feature offers a user-friendly and intuitive visualization of our Kubernetes environment, showcasing the interrelationships between namespaces, containers, and hosts, along with any potential security issues or vulnerabilities that may exist within them. The graphs provide in-depth information about each container image, including its identity privileges and the hosts on which it runs.

No dislikes to mention. We had hoped for a threat center in PingSafe to stay informed of security threats, and we are satisfied with the latest release featuring actionable insights.

Its "shift left" security approach helps us detect and remedy container security issues and secrets in IaC files before they enter production.
